Norm AI – $120M

AIENTERPRISE

Norm AI, an AI legal platform that embeds law into AI agents to automate legal and compliance workflows for regulated enterprises, has raised $120M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were nineteen investors in this round. Norm AI was founded in 2022.

Taktile – $110M

AIFINTECHENTERPRISE

Taktile, an AI decision platform that enables financial institutions to automate and optimize high-stakes decisions using AI agents, has raised $110M in Series C funding led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives with participation from Balderton Capital, Index Ventures, Tiger Global, Y Combinator, and Dig Ventures. Founded by Maik Taro Wehmeyer and Maximilian Eber in 2020, Taktile has now raised a total of $184M in reported equity funding.

Cadence – $100M

HEALTHTECHAI

Cadence, a clinical AI platform that automates chronic care management for older adults at health systems, has raised $100M in Series C funding led by Spark Capital with participation from Thrive Capital, General Catalyst, Coatue, B Capital, Corewell Health Ventures, Memorial Hermann, and Duke Health. Founded by Chris Altchek and Kareem Zaki in 2020, Cadence has now raised a total of $241M in reported equity funding.

fomo – $75M

FINTECH

fomo, a social-first trading platform that enables users to discover assets, follow traders, and trade across blockchain ecosystems through a single account, has raised $75M in Series B funding led by Index Ventures with participation from Union Square Ventures and Benchmark. Founded by Paul Erlanger, Prashan Dharmasena, and Se Yong Park in 2025, fomo has now raised a total of $94M in reported equity funding.

Warp – $60M

AIFINTECHENTERPRISE

Warp, an AI-native employee management platform that automates payroll, compliance, and benefits for high-growth companies, has raised $60M in Series B funding led by Battery Ventures with participation from Sound Ventures, Y Combinator, Sapphire Ventures, Peak XV Partners, and angels including Tobias Lutke, Kyle Vogt, Kevin Hartz, Drew Houston, and Claire Hughes Johnson. Founded by Ayush Sharma in 2023, Warp has now raised a total of $85M in reported equity funding.

Allium – $40M

FINTECH

Allium, a blockchain data platform that standardizes and enriches on-chain activity from more than 150 chains for enterprise and institutional clients, has raised $40M in Series B funding led by Amplify Partners with participation from Kleiner Perkins and Theory Ventures. Founded by Ethan Chan, Cheng Han Lee, and Paul Chun in 2022, Allium has now raised a total of $61.5M in reported equity funding.

Probook – $34M

AI

Probook, an AI operating system for home services businesses that automates dispatch, customer communications, and scheduling workflows, has raised $34M in Series A funding led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from Sequoia Capital. Founded by George Eliadis, Ben Cervantez, and Lewis Zhang in 2024, Probook has now raised a total of $40M in reported equity funding.

Ornn AI – $33M

AIFINTECH

Ornn AI, a financial infrastructure company that provides compute exchange and financing products for AI infrastructure buildout, has raised $33M in Seed funding led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from Vine Ventures, SV Angel, Nordstar, Link Ventures, Galaxy Ventures, Crucible Venture, and BoxGroup. Ornn AI was founded in 2025 by Kush Bavaria and Wayne Nelms.

Prosper AI – $30M

AIHEALTHTECH

Prosper AI, an AI platform that automates patient scheduling, insurance verification, and billing for healthcare providers, has raised $30M in Series A funding led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from Base10 Partners, Emergence Capital, Y Combinator, and Company Ventures. Founded by Xavier de Gracia and Josep Marc Mingot in 2023, Prosper AI has now raised a total of $35M in reported equity funding.

Attention – $30M

AIENTERPRISE

Attention, an AI platform that automates actions for revenue teams, has raised $30M in Series B funding led by RTP Global with participation from Aglae Ventures, Eniac, Alven, and Linea Ventures. Founded by Anis Bennaceur and Matthias Wickenburg in 2021, Attention has now raised a total of $51.6M in reported equity funding.

Runlayer – $30M

CYBERSECURITY

Runlayer, an AI security and governance platform that provides enterprises with a centralized control layer for deploying and managing AI agents across their organizations, has raised $30M in Series A funding led by Felicis with participation from Khosla Ventures. Founded by Andrew Berman, Tal Peretz, and Vitor Balocco in 2025, Runlayer has now raised a total of $42M in reported equity funding.

Niural – $21M

AIFINTECHENTERPRISE

Niural, an AI-native platform that provides global payroll, benefits, payments, and compliance infrastructure for businesses, has raised $21M in a Series A extension from investors that include FOG Ventures and NewView Capital, with continued participation from existing investors. Founded by Nami Baral and Nabin Banskota in 2022, Niural has now raised a total of $52M in reported equity funding.

Onyx Odds – $20M

FINTECH

Onyx Odds, a social sports prediction platform that enables users to engage with sports outcomes through exchange-traded instruments, has raised $20M in Series A funding led by Payward. Onyx Odds was founded by Leul Dadi in 2025.

Trovy – $15M

FINTECH

Trovy, a fintech platform that provides card-based home equity line of credit products for homeowners, has raised $15M in Series A funding led by Left Lane Capital with participation from Kleiner Perkins, DCM Ventures, and Camber Creek. Founded by TJ Milani, Ashley Harris, and Wontaek Shin in 2024, Trovy has now raised a total of $25M in reported equity funding.

Lama AI – $12M

AIFINTECH

Lama AI, an AI-native loan origination platform that automates commercial lending workflows for community and regional banks, has raised $12M in Series A funding led by EJF Ventures with participation from Fin Capital, 1st & Main Growth Partners, Viola Ventures, Hetz Ventures, and SixThirty. Founded by Omri Yacubovich in 2022, Lama AI has now raised a total of $21M in reported equity funding.

Sent – $9.6M

ENTERPRISE

Sent, a messaging infrastructure platform that enables developers to send messages across SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS via a unified API, has raised $9.6M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $11,599,974 and there were nine investors in this close. Founded by Daniel Vataj in 2023, Sent has now raised a total of $13.8M in reported equity funding.

Spencer Potts, Adam Helfgott, and Ryan Cook founded Precise in 2024.

GameRun – $4.52M

GameRun, a gaming technology company, has raised $4.52M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were seven investors in this close. GameRun was founded in 2024.

Neurometric AI

Neurometric AI – $4M

AIENTERPRISE

Neurometric AI, an AI infrastructure platform that optimizes token costs, model routing, and performance for agentic AI workloads, has raised $4M in Seed funding from investors that include Betaworks, ex-Ante, Everywhere Ventures, Encoded, Vermillion, Abstraction, and Mu Ventures, along with angels Jason Calacanis and Dharmesh Shah. Neurometric AI was founded by Rob May, Calvin Cooper, Dave Rauchwerk, and Byron Galbraith in 2024.

ODIN, a construction technology platform that provides cloud-based labor management software for onboarding workers, managing credentials, and controlling jobsite access, has raised $3.25M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $6.5M and there were two investors in this close. ODIN was founded by Douglas Carney, Dawn Williamson, and Mike Verderese in 2020.
