Artemis, a cybersecurity platform that delivers real-time threat detection and automated response for organizations defending against AI-powered attacks, has raised $70M in Series A funding led by Felicis. Founded by Shachar Hirshberg and Dan Shiebler in 2025, Artemis emerged from stealth with a combined $70M in seed and Series A funding. The round included participation from First Round Capital, Brightmind, Theory VC, and Lockstep, along with prominent cybersecurity industry leaders including founders of Abnormal AI and Demisto.

Joyful Health, a healthcare financial infrastructure platform that helps medical providers recover unpaid insurance claims and optimize revenue cycle management, has raised $17M in Series A funding led by CRV. Founded by Eliana Berger in 2023, Joyful Health has now raised a total of $22M in reported equity funding. The round included participation from Designer Fund, Inflect Capital, and The Council.

Traza – $2.1M Pre-Seed

ENTERPRISE

Traza, an AI-powered procurement platform that deploys autonomous agents to handle vendor outreach, order tracking, and invoice processing for manufacturers and construction companies, has raised $2.1M in Pre-Seed funding led by Base10 Partners. Founded by Silvestre Jara Montes, Santiago Martinez Bragado, and Sergio Ayala Minano in 2025, Traza was founded by three Spanish entrepreneurs who came to the United States through the Exponential Fellowship. The round included participation from K Fund, a16z scouts, Clara Ventures, Masia Ventures, and Pepe Agell.
