Founded by Cobi Blumenfeld-Gantz, Corey Metzman, and Vivek Ramaswamy in 2020, Chapter has now raised a total of $284M in reported equity funding.

Artemis – $70M Series A

Cybersecurity

Artemis, a cybersecurity platform that delivers real-time threat detection and automated response for organizations defending against AI-powered attacks, has raised $70M in Series A funding led by Felicis. Artemis was founded by Shachar Hirshberg and Dan Shiebler in 2025.

Bluefish – $43M Series B

AI

Bluefish, an agentic marketing platform that helps Fortune 500 brands monitor and optimize how they appear across AI channels, has raised $43M in Series B funding co-led by Threshold Ventures and NEA, with participation from Amex Ventures, TIAA Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, Crane Venture Partners, Laconia, and Swift Ventures. Founded by Alex Sherman, Jing Feng, and Andrei Dunca in 2024, Bluefish has now raised a total of $68M in reported equity funding.

Attention – $21.6M

AI

Attention, the AI platform that automates CRM updates and sales workflow actions from customer conversations, has raised $21.6M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $37.5M and there were 20 investors in this close. Founded by Anis Bennaceur and Matthias Wickenburg in 2021, Attention has now raised a total of $38.4M in reported equity funding.

Pillar – $20M Seed

AI

Pillar, a financial risk management platform that automates commodity and currency hedging for small and medium-sized businesses, has raised $20M in Seed funding led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Crucible Capital, Gallery Ventures, and Dara Khosrowshahi. Founded by Harsha Ramesh, Chinmay Deshpande in 2023, Pillar has now raised a total of $23M in reported equity funding.

Joyful Health – $17M Series A

Joyful Health, a healthcare financial infrastructure platform that helps medical providers recover unpaid insurance claims and optimize revenue cycle management, has raised $17M in Series A funding led by CRV. Founded by Eliana Berger in 2023, Joyful Health has now raised a total of $22M in reported equity funding.

Ranger AI – $6M

AI

Ranger AI, an AI agent platform that helps industrial teams accelerate RFP responses and tendering workflows, has raised $6M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were four investors in this round. Ranger AI was founded by James Zhan, Sari Saadi, and Dr. QC Wang in 2024.

Traza – $2.1M Pre-Seed

AI

Traza, an AI-powered procurement platform that deploys autonomous agents to handle vendor outreach, order tracking, and invoice processing for manufacturers and construction companies, has raised $2.1M in Pre-Seed funding led by Base10 Partners. Traza was founded by Silvestre Jara Montes, Santiago Martinez Bragado, and Sergio Ayala Minano in 2025.

Gelu AI – $2M

AI

Gelu AI, an AI infrastructure company that delivers fast, affordable inference for large language models, has raised $2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing funding from investors that include The filing indicates that the round comes from a sole investor.. Gelu AI was founded by Timur Abishev and Simon Alperovich in 2024.

Timeshifter – $1.8M

AI

Timeshifter, a circadian technology company that helps people manage jet lag, shift work schedules, and sleep performance through science-backed mobile apps, has raised $1.8M in funding led by Skip Capital, with participation from Nico Rosberg, Michael Lopez-Alegria, and Brian Kelly. Founded by Jacob Ravn, Mickey Beyer-Clausen, Steven Lockley, and Tony Hanna in 2017, Timeshifter has now raised a total of $5.3M in reported equity funding.
