Rightway Healthcare – $155M

Rightway Healthcare, a healthcare navigation and pharmacy benefits management platform that simplifies medical and prescription decision-making for employers and their members, has raised $155M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were six investors in this round. Rightway Healthcare was founded by Jordan Feldman and Theodore Feldman in 2017 and has raised $394.3M in total funding to date.

Forus – $150M

HealthcareAIPharmaceuticals

Forus, an AI network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to bring new medicine to the patients who need it most, has raised $150M in a Series C led by Bain Capital Ventures with participation from Thrive Capital, General Catalyst, Accel, Redpoint, BoxGroup, Pear VC, Vast Ventures, and SV Angel. Forus was founded by Sahir Jaggi in 2023 and has raised $300M+ in total funding to date.

Clay – $115M

AISaaSSales & Marketing

Clay, an AI-powered go-to-market platform that equips sales and marketing teams with automated data enrichment, prospect research, and personalized outreach workflows, has raised $115M in a Series D led by Wellington Management with participation from Sequoia Capital, StepStone Group, Andreessen Horowitz, Meritech, DST Global, CapitalG, BoxGroup, Boldstart Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, and Evolution Equity Partners. Clay was founded by Kareem Amin, Varun Anand, and Nicolae Rusan in 2017 and has raised $392M in total funding to date.

Savvy Wealth – $100M

FintechAIWealth Management

Savvy Wealth, an AI-native registered investment advisor platform that provides independent financial advisors with integrated technology, compliance infrastructure, and business development tools, has raised $100M in a Series C led by Halo Fund with participation from Thrive Capital, Industry Ventures, Goldman Sachs, Canvas Prime, Index Ventures, House Fund, Euclidean Capital, Alumni Ventures, and Vestigo Ventures. Savvy Wealth was founded by Ritik Malhotra and Muller Zhang in 2021 and has raised $205.8M in total funding to date.

Inspiren – $70M

HealthcareAISenior Care

Inspiren, an AI-powered physical intelligence platform that provides real-time behavioral monitoring, fall detection, and care utilization analytics for senior care facilities, has raised $70M in a Series C led by NewView Capital with participation from Insight Partners, Primary Venture Partners, Scale Venture Partners, Vintage Investment Partners, Lightbank, Avenir Growth Capital, Story Ventures, and Camber Creek. Inspiren was founded by Alex Hejnosz, Michael Wang, Paul Coyne, and Vincent Cocito in 2016 and has raised $225M in total funding to date.

Antioch – $32M

RoboticsAICloud

Antioch, a cloud simulation platform that enables robotics and autonomous systems teams to develop, test, and validate AI systems in high-fidelity virtual environments before real-world deployment, has raised $32M in a Series A led by Greylock with participation from A*, Category Ventures, BoxGroup, and Icehouse Ventures. Antioch was founded by Harry Mellsop, Alex Langshur, Collin Schlager, and Colton Swingle in 2025 and has raised $44.75M in total funding to date.

Luminary – $22M

FintechAIWealth Management

Luminary, an AI-native wealth transfer and administration platform that turns static estate documents into structured, source-verified financial data for advisors and their clients, has raised $22M in a Series A led by Ten Coves Capital with participation from BNY, 8VC, Fin Capital, Focus Financial Partners, Rockefeller Capital Management, and family offices. Luminary was founded by David Barnard in 2022 and has raised $32M in total funding to date.

Blee – $20M

FintechAICompliance

Blee, an AI-first marketing compliance platform that helps legal and compliance teams automate the review, oversight, and governance of marketing content across regulated industries, has raised $20M in a Series A co-led by Fin Capital and SMBC Fin Atlas Beyond Fund with participation from Hannah Grey VC and National Bank of Canada, and continued backing from Y Combinator, Penny Jar Capital, Cardumen Capital, and Treasury. Blee was founded by Guy Shahar in 2022 and has raised $27M in total funding to date.

Every Media – $16M

MediaAI

Every Media, a digital media company that publishes analysis, commentary, and AI-focused content for business practitioners, has raised $16M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $16,474,903 and there was one investor in this close. Every Media was founded by Dan Shipper in 2020 and has raised $18M in total funding to date.

Malayy – $10.1M

AIInfrastructure

Malayy, an AI runtime that sits between AI models and GPUs to solve the AI industry’s GPU efficiency problem, recovering the 90%+ of compute that is typically wasted, has raised $10.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were seven investors in this round. Malayy was founded by Nithya Sambasivan and Jose Faleiro in 2024.

AlgoX2 – $4.5M

AIDataInfrastructure

AlgoX2, a data-streaming platform that delivers ultra-low latency, high throughput, and minimal footprint for an AI-native world, has raised $4.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $12,000,000 and there were five investors in this close. AlgoX2 was founded by Alexei Lebedev, Vladimir Parizhsky, and George Levin in 2024.

Active Learning Sciences – $1.5M

Active Learning Sciences, an education technology company that develops AI-powered learning platforms and curriculum design programs grounded in the science of learning, has raised $1.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $1,500,000 and there was one investor in this close. Active Learning Sciences was founded by Stephen Kosslyn in 2018.
