Prepared – $80M Series C

Emergency Response Technology

Prepared, an AI and cloud-based platform that optimizes emergency response systems, has raised $80M in Series C funding led by General Catalyst. Founded by Dylan Gleicher, Michael Chime, and Neal Soni in 2019, Prepared has now raised a total of $151.4M in reported equity funding.

Vivrelle – $62M Series C

Luxury Accessories Rental

Vivrelle, a luxury accessories rental platform, has raised $62M in Series C funding led by Protagonist. Founded by Blake Geffen and Wayne Geffen in 2018, Vivrelle has now raised a total of $131M in reported equity funding.

Yieldstreet – $45M Series D

Private Markets Investment Platform

Yieldstreet, the private markets investment platform, has raised $45M in Series D funding. Founded by Dennis Shields, Michael Weisz, and Milind Mehere in 2015, Yieldstreet has now raised a total of $339.7M in reported equity funding.

OatFi – $24M Series A

B2B Payments Infrastructure

OatFi, an API-based B2B payments infrastructure platform, has raised $24M in Series A funding led by White Star Capital. Founded by John Jordan and Michael Barbosa in 2021, OatFi has now raised a total of $35.25M in reported equity funding.

LM Studio – $19.3M

AI Development Tools

LM Studio, a toolkit for running AI locally, has raised $19.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from sixteen investors. LM Studio was founded by Yagil Burowski in 2022.

Aiera – $17.5M

Investment Intelligence Platform

Aiera, an event intelligence and insights platform for investment professionals, has raised $17.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $25M and there were eight investors in this close. Founded by Bryan Healey and Ken Sena in 2017, Aiera has now raised a total of $32.5M in reported equity funding.

Compyl – $12M Series A

AI-Powered GRC Platform

Compyl, an AI-powered platform for managing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), has raised $12M in Series A funding led by Venture Guides. Founded by Simon Shaddock and Stas Bojoukha in 2017, Compyl has now raised a total of $12M in reported equity funding.

myLaurel – $12M

Home-Based Healthcare

myLaurel, a provider of home-based acute and transitional care, has raised $12M in Venture funding led by Deerfield Management and Google Ventures. myLaurel was founded by Juan Vallarino in 2022.

Rally UXR – $11M Series A

User Research CRM

Rally UXR, a CRM platform for user research, has raised $11M in Series A funding led by Canapi Ventures. Founded by Alec Robins and Oren Friedman in 2021, Rally UXR has now raised a total of $20.4M in reported equity funding.

VersiFi – $10.8M

Digital Asset Trading

VersiFi, a digital asset trading and lending platform, has raised $10.8M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $19.8M and there were three investors in this close. Founded by Alexander Kouperman and Sameer Shalaby in 2022, VersiFi has now raised a total of $20.8M in reported equity funding.

Canid – $10M Series A

Pediatric Vaccine Management

Canid, a pediatric vaccine management platform for pediatricians, has raised $10M in Series A funding led by Telescope Partners. Founded by Pedro Sanchez de Lozada in 2020, Canid has now raised a total of $12.9M in reported equity funding.

Veris AI – $8.5M Seed

AI Agent Testing Platform


Veris AI, an AI agent testing and training platform, has raised $8.5M in Seed funding led by Decibel Ventures and Acrew Capital. Veris AI was founded by Mehdi Jamei and Andi Partovi in 2025. ChemFinity Technologies, the company behind a critical mineral recovery solution from mining waste, wastewater, and e-waste, has raised $7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from six investors. ChemFinity Technologies was founded by Adam Uliana and Ever Velasquez in 2022.

Eventual – $5M

Climate Risk Insurance

Eventual, a premium lock platform for property insurance to account for climate risk, has raised $5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from seven investors. Founded by Dylan DiMarchi and Youssef Doss in 2023, Eventual has now raised a total of $7.5M in reported equity funding.

Amperos Health – $4.2M Seed

AI Healthcare Billing


Amperos Health, an AI-powered health care collections automation platform, has raised $4.2M in Seed funding led by Uncork Capital, Neo, and Nebular. Amperos Health was founded by Michal Miernowski, Wilson Wang, Alvin Wu in 2023.
