Optimal Dynamics, an AI-powered logistics platform focused on optimizing truckload operations, has raised $40M in Series C funding led by Koch Disruptive Technologies. Founded by Daniel Powell and Warren Powell in 2024, Optimal Dynamics has now raised a total of $95.8M in reported equity funding.

StudyFetch, an AI-learning platform, has raised $10M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $12M and this close comes from a sole investor. StudyFetch was founded by Esan Durrani and Ryan Trattner in 2023.

ClaimClam – $5.6M

ClaimClam, a legal tech platform that matches class action litigants with lawyers, has raised $5.6M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from sixteen investors. Founded by Zim Hang in 2022, ClaimClam has now raised a total of $7.6M in reported equity funding.
