FOOD DELIVERY

Wonder, the “super app for mealtime”, has raised $600M in Venture funding led by New Enterprise Associates. Founded by Marc Lore in 2018, Wonder has now raised a total of $2.5B in reported equity funding.

Artsy – $32.8M

ART MARKETPLACE

Artsy, the online art marketplace, has raised $32.8M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from forty-four investors. Founded by Carter Cleveland, Dasha Zhukova, Sebastian Cwilich, and Wendi Murdoch in 2009, Artsy has now raised a total of $133.7M in reported equity funding.

SevenRooms – Acquired by DoorDash for $1.2B

HOSPITALITY TECH

DoorDash, the global platform for local commerce, has acquired SevenRooms, the hospitality technology firm specializing in CRM and guest experience tools, in a $1.2B all-cash transaction. Inductive Bio – $25M

AI DRUG DISCOVERY

Inductive Bio, an AI-powered platform for small molecule drug discovery, has raised $25M in Series A funding led by Obvious Ventures. Founded by Josh Haimson and Ben Birnbaum in 2022, Inductive Bio has now raised a total of $29.3M in reported equity funding.

Diode Computers – $14.5M

HARDWARE

Diode Computers, an automated circuit board manufacturing platform, has raised $14.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from thirty-one investors. Founded by Davide Asnaghi and Lenny Khazan in 2024, Diode Computers has now raised a total of $15M in reported equity funding.

Glide – $15M

FINTECH

Glide, an embedded fintech platform for community banks and credit unions, has raised $15M in Series A funding led by Acrew Capital. Glide was founded by Gautam Ajjarapu, Sameer Kapur, and Vishnu Chakroborty in 2021.

VidMob – $8M

ADTECH

VidMob, an intelligent creative management platform, has raised $8M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $15M and this close comes from eleven investors. Founded by Alex Collmer, Craig Coblenz, and Jason Donnell in 2014, VidMob has now raised a total of $239.6M in reported equity funding.

Bondway.ai – $6.4M

FINTECH

Bondway.ai, an AI-powered platform that generates ideas for bond and capital markets professionals, has raised $6.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from seventeen investors. Bondway.ai was founded by Jeremy Sisselman in 2023.

Ezra – Acquired by Function Health

HEALTHTECH

Function Health, the personal health platform known for democratizing lab testing, has acquired Ezra, an AI-powered medical imaging startup, in a strategic move that could transform preventive healthcare. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will reduce full-body MRI scan prices from $1,500 to just $499, while decreasing scan duration from 60 minutes to 22 minutes. Protiv, an incentive platform for hourly workers in the construction industry that aligns worker incentives with project success, has raised $3.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4.3M and this close comes from twenty-four investors. Founded by Michael Fortinberry and David Franco in 2020, Protiv has now raised a total of $6M in reported equity funding.

Sandgarden – $3M

AI

Sandgarden, a modularized platform to prototype, iterate, and deploy AI applications, has raised $3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were five investors in the round. Founded by Drew Blas, Elizabeth Zalman, and Marty McCall in 2024, Sandgarden has now raised a total of $7.5M in reported equity funding.
