Rogo – $50M Series B

AI FINANCE

Rogo, a generative AI platform focused on creating Wall Street’s first AI analyst, has raised $50M in Series B funding led by Thrive Capital. Founded by Gabriel Stengel, John Willett, and Tumas Rackaitis in 2022, Rogo has now raised a total of $79M in reported equity funding.

Optimal Dynamics – $33.26M

AI LOGISTICS

Optimal Dynamics, an AI-powered logistics platform focused on optimizing truckload operations, has raised $33.26M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $43M and this close comes from six investors. Optimal Dynamics was founded by Daniel Powell and Warren Powell in 2024.

Zoe Financial – $29.6M Series B

FINTECH

Zoe Financial, an end-to-end wealth platform for registered investment advisors (RIAs) and clients, has raised $29.6M in Series B funding led by Sageview Capital. Zoe Financial was founded by Andres Garcia Amaya in 2018.

Blooming Health – $26M Series A

Blooming Health, a social care AI agent and an automated social care marketplace, has raised $26M in Series A funding led by Insight Partners. Founded by Naman Gupta and Nima Roohi Sefidmazgi in 2020, Blooming Health has now raised a total of $32.5M in reported equity funding.

GORGIE – $24.5M Series A

CPG

GORGIE, a wellness-focused energy drink brand, has raised $24.5M in Series A funding led by Notable Capital. GORGIE was founded by Michelle Cordeiro Grant in 2023.

dub – $24.5M Series A

FINTECH

dub, a trading platform that lets you easily replicate the portfolio of others, has raised $24.5M in Series A funding led by Notable Capital and Neo. Founded by Steven Wang in 2021, dub has now raised a total of $41.5M in reported equity funding.

Near Space Labs – $20M Series B

AERIAL IMAGING

Near Space Labs, a high-resolution aerial imaging startup that uses zero-emissions weather balloons, has raised $20M in Series B funding led by Bold Capital Partners. Founded by Albert Caubet, Ignasi Lluch, and Rema Matevosyan in 2017, Near Space Labs has now raised a total of $34.5M in reported equity funding.

Jericho Security – $15M Series A

CYBERSECURITY

Jericho Security, a cyber security training platform focused on defending against social engineering phishing attacks, has raised $15M in Series A funding led by Era. Founded by Sage Wohns and Tim Hwang in 2018, Jericho Security has now raised a total of $18.1M in reported equity funding.

Barnwell Bio – $6.1M

AGTECH

Barnwell Bio, a data platform that monitors waste streams and manure to gain insights on animal health, has raised $6.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round had twenty-seven investors. Barnwell Bio was founded by Michael Rhys, Jake Byrnes, and Casey McGinley in 2024.

Swivel – $5.8M Series A

Swivel, a no-code AI workflow automation platform for advertising, has raised $5.8M in Series A funding led by Tribeca Venture Partners and Ardent Venture Partners. Founded by Rich Lin, Danielle Rosen, and Matt Dearborn in 2023, Swivel has now raised a total of $9M in reported equity funding.

Peek – $5M Series A

PROPTECH

Peek, a virtual leasing platform for residential real estate, has raised $5M in Series A funding led by Moneta Ventures. Founded by Austin Lo and Chris Kostoulas in 2019, Peek has now raised a total of $8.8M in reported equity funding.

Structify – $4.1M Seed

DATA

Structify, a data parsing platform, has raised $4.1M in Seed funding led by Bain Capital Ventures. Structify was founded by Alex Reichenbach, Ronak Gandhi, and Alex Goldstein in 2023.

Foursquare – $3.8M

LOCATION TECH

Foursquare, the location technology platform, has raised $3.8M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that this round comes from twenty-seven investors. Founded by Dennis Crowley, Naveen Selvadurai, and Siddhartha Sarangi in 2009, Foursquare has now raised a total of $352.2M in reported equity funding.

Runy – $3M

STARTUP

Runy, a yet-to-launch startup founded by the founder of Nestpick (acquired by Blueground), has raised $3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.25M and this close comes from two investors. Runy was founded by Omer Kucukdere in 2025.

Domos – $3.3M Seed

PROPTECH

Domos, an AI-powered property management platform, has raised $3.3M in Seed funding led by TenOneTen Ventures. Domos was founded by Arthur Attal and Dima Rudov in 2023.
