The filing indicates that there were fifteen investors in the round and the include Y Combinator, Gradient Ventures, Global Founders Capital, Soma Capital, Amino Capital, AltaIR, Elysium Ventures, and Polymath. Benepass was founded by Jaclyn Chen, Kabir Soorya, and Mark Fischer in 2019 and recently completed Y Combinator’s W20 program.
