VidMob, the video creation network, has raised an additional $6.4M in funding from investors that include Acadia Woods Partners, You & Mr Jones Brandtech Ventures, Manifest Investment Partners, Interlock Partners, and. Macanta Investments. Founded by Alex Collmer, Craig Coblenz, and Jason Donnell in 2014, VidMob has now raised a total of $19.9M in funding over three funding rounds.
Spacious, the startup that uses unused restaurant space during the day to provide coworking and meeting space founded by Chris Smothers and Preston Pesek in 2016, has raised $9M in funding from investors that include Redpoint, Lerer Hippeau, BoxGroup, August Capital, and Baseline Ventures.
Our friends at Lerer Hippeau have announced two new funds – a $122M seed stage fund as well as a $60M fund focused on later stage deals called the “Select Fund”. The seed stage fund is their sixth fund since the firm’s founding in 2010. This is their second “Select Fund”. Lerer Hippeau has backed over over 250 startups with a New York-first and seed focus.

The filing indicates that there were three parties involved in the round. The company previously raised $2M in funding in the fall of 2017. The filing lists Ching Yung Lin and Jie Liu as Executives and Directors and Mei Shi and Danny Yeh as Directors.

Dreams, the app that brings TV to your mobile phone, has raised $5M in funding from investors that include New Enterprise Associates, SV Angel, BoxGroup, Scott Belsky, Kevin Durant, and Capital Ventures. This is the first reported round of funding for Dreams, which was founded by Gregor Hochmuth and Tom Bender in 2016.
PetPlate, the delivery subscription service for pet food founded by Renaldo Webb, has raised $4m in funding led by Dane Creek Capital.
Workframe, the collaboration platform for real estate teams, has raised $9.5M in funding led by Newmark Knight Frank. Founded by Andy Parsons, Matthew Smith, Robert and Moore in 2014, Workframe has now raised a total of $17.1M in funding over three funding rounds.
According to a recent SEC filing, CipherHealth, the SaaS platform for coordinated patient care, has raised $37.6M in additional funding. The company was founded by Alex Hejnosz, Randy Cheung, and Zach Silverzweig in 2009.

Scentbird, the subscription fragrance startup, has raised $18.6M in Series A funding from investors that include Goodwater Capital, Y Combinator, Rainfall Ventures, FundersClub, Soma Capital, Scrum Ventures, and Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator. Scentbird was founded by Andrei Rebrov, Mariya Nurislamova, Rachel ten Brink, and Sergey Gusev in 2014 and is a graduate of both Y-Combinator and Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator.
Maisonette, a curated children’s clothing e-commerce site, has raised $15M in Series A funding led by Jet.com, Casper, New Enterprise Associates, and Diapers.com, along with investors that include Vivi Nevo, Warby Parker, Thrive Capital, Andrew S. Rosen, John Fisher, Pritzker Group Ventures, Dollar Shave Club, and Marcus Wainwright. The company was founded by Luisana Mendoza de Roccia, Sylvana Ward Durrett. Maisonette previously raised $2.7M in funding.
Selected, the job matching platform for teachers, has raised $1.2M in Seed funding from investors that include Propel Capital and Kapor Capital. Selected was founded by Luis Pazmino and Waine Tam in 2016.
Reserve, the restaurant reservation and management platform founded by Greg Hong and Joe Marchese in 2014, has raised an additional $5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. This brings the company’s total funding to $30M. Investors in previous rounds include Human Ventures, First Round Capital, Garrett Camp, and Diageo Technology Ventures.
