NYIAX, the world’s first advertising contract exchange, has raised $5.6M in Seed funding Westpark Capital marking the company’s first round of funding.
MongoDB, the opens source database platform went public this week on the Nasdaq The stock closed the week at $30.68 up 25.7% percent from the $24 the IPO was priced at after several upward revisions. Founded by Kevin Ryan, Dwight Merriman, and Eliot Horowitz in 2007, the company has raised a total of $454M and is backed by Sequoia Capital, New Enterprise Associates, Intel Capital, Goldman Sachs, Flybridge Capital Partners, Salesforce Ventures, Union Square Ventures, In-Q-Tel, Dell Technologies Capital, T. Rowe Price, Fidelity Investments, Altimeter Capital, EquityZen, Red Hat, and Luigi Ghilardi II.
TheGuarantors, the replacement for onerous security deposits for apartment rentals, has raised $11.7M in funding from White Star Capital, Alven Capital, SilverTech Ventures (the venture arm of Silverstein Properties), Global Founders Capital, Rocket Internet Capital Partners, Partech Ventures, and several other prominent investors.
Fluent City, the language & culture classes for adults, has raised $3M lead by Lerner Investments and joined in by New Ground Ventures, WorldQuant Ventures, ZG Ventures, John Katzman, Nick Hammerschlag and Matthew Hanson. To date, the company has raised $8M.
Digital Asset, the company reducing settlement latency and counterparty risk, has raised $40M in a Series B round of funding from Jefferson River Capital, raising their total amount funding to $107M.
Mented, the beauty company targeting women of color, has raised $1M in a Venture round of funding from undisclosed investors. For founders KJ Miller and Amanda E. Johnson, this is the first round of funding.
Snaps, the end-to-end mobile messaging platform designed for marketers, has raised $6M in a round of Series A funding led by Signal Peak Ventures. The 8-year-old company has raised $14.7M to date.
Upstack, the procurement platform for hybrid IT, has raised $1.8M in a round of Seed funding co-led by Burch Creative Capital and Montage Ventures. This is the first round of funding for CEO and founder Christopher Trapp.
Alloy, the customer data and security API, has raised $3.8 in Seed funding led by Eniac Ventures with participation from Correlation Ventures, Primary Venture Partners, AGO Partners and Clocktower Technology Ventures.
Selfmade, the company you with professional image editors, has raised $8M in a round of Series A funding led by Firstmark Capital and joined in by GGV Capital, Founder Collective, BoxGroup, CrunchFund, and Marc Benioff. The company has raised $11M to date.
Bespoke Post, the lifestyle subscription club for men, has raised $8M from Scout Ventures, Walden Venture Capital and KiwiVenture Partners in a Series A round of funding. This is the company’s fifth round of funding.
Honcker, the on demand car leasing company, has raised $3.6M in Seed funding led Evolution Corporate Advisors with participation from Lead Edge Capital. This is the company’s first round of funding.
Feather, modern-day furniture rental company, has raised $3.5M in a round Seed led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and joined in by Y Combinator, New Enterprise Associates, SV Angel, Bain Capital Ventures, PJC, and Fuel Capital. This is the first round for founder Jay Reno.
