Cyera – $400M Series G Extension

Cyera, a data security platform that governs what data humans, machines, and AI agents can access across the enterprise, has raised $400M in a Series G extension. The round came from Goldman Sachs Growth Equity. Founded by Yotam Segev and Tamar Bar-Ilan in 2021, Cyera has now raised a total of $2.7B in reported equity funding.

Precision Neuroscience – $250M Series D

HealthTech

Precision Neuroscience, a medical device company that builds a brain-computer interface restoring communication and movement for people with paralysis and neurological disease, has raised $250M in Series D funding. The round was led by Pershing Square Inc., the Ackman Oxman Institute, and an undisclosed leading life sciences investment fund, with participation from the Duquesne Family Office, B Capital, ARK Investment Management, Invus, Mubadala Capital, Mirae Asset Capital, Korea Investment Partners, Hitachi Ventures, JSL Health Capital, and others. Founded by Benjamin Rapoport, Michael Mager, Demetrios Papageorgiou, and Mark Hettick in 2021, Precision Neuroscience has now raised a total of $405M in reported equity funding.

Rightway – $155M Series E

Rightway, a pharmacy benefits management and care navigation platform that helps employers reduce prescription drug spending and guides members to the right care, has raised $155M in Series E funding. The round was led by Francisco Partners with participation from Thrive Capital and Khosla Ventures. Founded by Jordan Feldman and Theodore Feldman in 2017, Rightway has now raised a total of $394.3M in reported equity funding.

Confido Raises $55M to Scale Its AI Infrastructure Across the CPG Commercial Cycle

Confido – $55M Series B

AI Enterprise

Confido, an AI platform that unifies finance, accounting, sales, and operations for consumer packaged goods brands, has raised $55M in Series B funding. The round was led by Insight Partners with participation from Trenches Capital, Watchfire Ventures, Barrel Ventures, Footwork, and Y Combinator. Founded by Justin Hunter and Kara Holinski in 2022, Confido has now raised a total of $77M in reported equity funding.

Ande – $52M Seed and Series A

AI Enterprise

Ande, an AI-native network that connects enterprises with venues and vendors to book and manage corporate entertainment, has raised $52M in Seed and Series A funding. Investors in the round include Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint, Duration Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Bain Capital Ventures. Ande was founded by Lohit Sarma and Michael McDermott in 2023.

Luzern Risk – $45M Series B

Insurtech

Luzern Risk, an AI-native captive insurance platform that helps businesses design, form, and manage their own insurance programs, has raised $45M in Series B funding. The round was led by Insight Partners with participation from Trust Ventures and Caffeinated Capital. Founded by Gabriel Weiss, Jonathan York, Rachel Jenkins, and Sam Espinosa in 2023, Luzern Risk has now raised a total of $58.5M in reported equity funding.

HIFI Raises $37M to Connect Regulated Banking Directly to Stablecoins

HIFI, a financial infrastructure platform that enables businesses to move money across stablecoins and bank rails through a single integration, has raised $37M in Series A funding. The round was led by Left Lane Capital. Founded by Zach Walsh and Mohamed Afifi in 2022, HIFI has now raised a total of $47M in reported equity funding.

Chamelio, an AI-native legal platform that automates contract drafting, negotiation, and workflows for in-house legal teams, has raised $26M in Series A funding. The round was led by Entree Capital with participation from Work-Bench, Emerge Ventures, and Bright Pixel Capital. Founded by Alex Zilberman, Gal Lellouche, and Gil Banyas in 2024, Chamelio has now raised a total of $39.5M in reported equity funding.

Clarion Health, a conversational AI platform that automates scheduling, referrals, prescription refills, and patient communications for healthcare providers, has raised $10M in Seed funding. The round was led by Accel with participation from Y Combinator. Clarion Health was founded by Ryan Gallagher and Jeffrey Lamothe in 2024.

Beagle Labs – $4.1M Pre-Seed

Insurtech AI

Beagle Labs, an AI platform that delivers property inspection data to commercial insurance underwriters, has raised $4.1M in Pre-Seed funding. The round was led by Chingona Ventures with participation from Sovereign’s Capital, Remarkable Ventures, C2 Ventures, South Loop Ventures, and Red Bike Capital. Founded by Dwight Neptune, Josie Madingo, Keelan Gayle, and Luis Guzman in 2022, Beagle Labs has now raised a total of $8.4M in reported equity funding.

snag – $4M Seed

PropTech

snag, a housing marketplace that connects renters with verified sublets and lease takeovers, has raised $4M in Seed funding. The round was led by Slow Ventures with participation from Precursor Ventures, Long Journey Ventures, Chamaeleon, Brian Kelly, and Sloane Stephens. snag was founded by Selin Sonmez and Niko Georgantas in 2025.

Neurath – $1.52M

AI

Neurath, an AI reliability platform that quantifies model uncertainty in real time so teams in critical industries can control autonomous systems, has raised $1.52M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4M and there were two investors in this close. Neurath was founded by Dan Morozoff in 2026.
