Pillar, a financial risk management platform that automates commodity and currency hedging for small and medium-sized businesses, has raised $20M in Seed funding led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from Crucible Capital, Gallery Ventures, and Dara Khosrowshahi. Founded by Harsha Ramesh and Chinmay Deshpande in 2023, Pillar has now raised a total of $23M in reported equity funding.

Gelu AI, an AI infrastructure company that delivers fast, affordable inference for large language models, has raised $2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from a sole investor. Gelu AI was founded by Timur Abishev and Simon Alperovich in 2024.

Timeshifter – $1.8M

HEALTHTECH

Timeshifter, a circadian technology company that helps people manage jet lag, shift work schedules, and sleep performance through science-backed mobile apps, has raised $1.8M in new funding led by Skip Capital, with participation from Nico Rosberg, Michael Lopez-Alegria, and Brian Kelly. Founded by Jacob Ravn, Mickey Beyer-Clausen, Steven Lockley, and Tony Hanna in 2017, Timeshifter has now raised a total of $5.3M in reported equity funding.
