Radial, an interventional advanced mental health care platform, has raised $50M in Venture funding led by General Catalyst. Founded by John Capecelatro, Carlene MacMillan, Owen Scott Muir, and Elliot Cohen in 2023, Radial is transforming how patients access advanced mental health treatments.

Benepass – $40M Venture

HR Tech

Benepass, an all-in-one flexible benefits platform, has raised $40M in Venture funding. The filing indicates that the round comes from five investors. Founded by Jaclyn Chen, Kabir Soorya, and Mark Fischer in 2019, Benepass has now raised a total of $74.7M in reported equity funding.

Phia – $30M Venture

Phia, an AI-powered agentic shopping platform, has raised $30M in Venture funding led by Notable Capital, Kleiner Perkins, and Khosla Ventures. Founded by Sophia Kianni and Phoebe Gates in 2022, Phia has now raised a total of $40.1M in reported equity funding.

Parametrix – $27M Series B

Insurtech

Parametrix, a parametric insurance provider for digital business interruption, has raised $27M in Series B funding led by Mundi Ventures, FirstMark Capital, and Hannover Digital Investments. Founded by Jonathan Hatzor, Neta Rozy, Ori Cohen, and Tamir Carmel in 2019, Parametrix has now raised a total of $45M in reported equity funding.

Crisp – $26M Series B

Crisp, a retail data platform that connects brands, retailers, and distributors, has raised $26M in Series B funding led by Paine Schwartz Partners. Founded by Are Traasdahl and Dag Liodden in 2016, Crisp has now raised a total of $127M in reported equity funding.

SuperCircle – $24M Series A

Sustainability

SuperCircle, a textile waste management operating system for retail brands, has raised $24M in Series A funding led by Foundry Group. Founded by Chloe Marie Songer, Phong Nguyen, and Stuart Ahlum in 2018, SuperCircle has now raised a total of $31M in reported equity funding.

Opentrons – $20.1M Venture

Life Sciences

Opentrons, a robotic automation company for the life sciences industry, has raised $20.1M in Venture funding. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $56.6M and there were two investors in this close. Founded by Eva Boratto, Nicholas Wagner, and Will Canine in 2014, Opentrons has now raised a total of $260.2M in reported equity funding.

Parallel Learning – $20M Series B

Parallel Learning, a provider of teletherapy for special education services for K-12 students, has raised $20M in Series B funding led by Valspring Capital. Founded by Diana Heldfond in 2020, Parallel Learning has now raised a total of $48.9M in reported equity funding.

Prime Security – $20M Series A

Prime Security, an AI-powered design-stage product security platform, has raised $20M in Series A funding led by Scale Venture Partners. Founded by Danny Hanga, Dimitry Shvartsman, Matan Markovics, and Michael Nov in 2023, Prime Security has now raised a total of $26M in reported equity funding. Percapita – $15M Venture

Fintech

Percapita, a digital banking and money management platform for non-traditional earners, has raised $15M in Venture funding. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $24.5M and there were thirteen investors in this close. Founded by Alex Ehrlich in 2020, Percapita has now raised a total of $44.7M in reported equity funding.

Marketing Evolution – $13.9M Venture

Marketing Evolution, a marketing measurement and optimization platform, has raised $13.9M in Venture funding. The filing indicates that the round comes from six investors. Founded by Rex Briggs in 2000, Marketing Evolution has now raised a total of $76.6M in reported equity funding.

AIR Platforms, an AI-powered credit intelligence platform for public and private markets, has raised $6.1M in Seed funding led by Lerer Hippeau and Work-Bench. Founded by Arbi Abeshi, Glenn Carvajal, and Joseph Burdis in 2024, AIR Platforms is revolutionizing credit analysis with artificial intelligence.

Channel3 – $6M Seed

E-Commerce Infrastructure

Channel3, an API-based platform that’s a connected database of every product on the internet, has raised $6M in Seed funding led by Matrix. Founded by Alexander Schiff and George Lawrence in 2025, Channel3 has now raised a total of $6.5M in reported equity funding.

Antioch – $4.25M Pre-Seed

Robotics

Antioch, a platform for testing and validating autonomous robotics systems, has raised $4.25M in Pre-Seed funding led by A*. Founded by Harry Mellsop, Alex Langshur, Colton Swingle, and Collin Schlager in 2025, Antioch is building the infrastructure for safer autonomous systems.

Keeper – $4M Pre-Seed

Keeper, an AI-powered matchmaking platform, has raised $4M in Pre-Seed funding led by Lightbank. Founded by Cody Zervas, Jake Kozloski, Toban Weibe, and Wes Myers in 2022, Keeper is reimagining how people find meaningful relationships.

Cyphlens – $3.8M Seed

Cybersecurity

Cyphlens, a visual encryption enterprise security platform, has raised $3.8M in Seed funding from investors including Salesforce Ventures, Motivate Ventures, DCG, ex/ante, and Cambrian Ventures. Founded by Andrea Forte and Rocky Motwani in 2023, Cyphlens is pioneering new approaches to data security.

Medicovestor – $3.2M Venture

Biotech

Medicovestor, a biotech company focused on antibodies to develop precision medicine, has raised $3.2M in Venture funding. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4.1M and there were sixty investors in this close. Founded by Seah Lim in 2021, Medicovestor is advancing targeted therapeutic approaches.

Bags – $2.75M Venture

Bags, an AI-powered financial management platform for small businesses, has raised $2.75M in Venture funding led by Ford Foundation. Founded by Daniel Taylor, William Hayden, and Ignacio Semerene in 2020, Bags has now raised a total of $7M in reported equity funding.
