Pair Eyewear – $75M

Pair Eyewear, the direct-to-consumer customizable eyewear brand, has raised $75M in Series C funding from investors that include New Enterprise Associates, Javelin Venture Partners, Prysm Capital, and Christian McCaffrey. Founded by Nathan Kondamuri and Sophia Edelstein in 2017, Pair Eyewear has now raised a total of $149.5M in reported equity funding.


Capital Rx – $50M

Capital Rx, the pharmacy benefit manager, has raised $50M in additional funding from investors that include Transformation Capital, Inova Health System, Memorial Hermann Foundation, Banner Health, Nebraska Medicine, Novant Health, Ochsner Health System, WellSpan Health, Hawaii Pacific Health, Atlantic Health System, and Lehigh Valley Health Network. Founded by AJ Loiacono, Joseph Alexander, and Ryan Kelly in 2017, Capital Rx has now raised a total of $253M in reported equity funding.


Harri – $43M

Harri, an HR tech platform focused on frontline workers, has raised $43M in Venture funding from investors that include Atalaya Capital and Golub Growth. Founded by Luke Fryer in 2012, Harri has now raised a total of $112.2M in reported equity funding.


Stash – $40M+

Stash, the retail investment platform, has raised $40M+ in venture funding from investors that include Goodwater Capital, Union Square Ventures, and T. Rowe Price. Founded by Brandon Krieg, David Ronick, and Ed Robinson in 2015, Stash has now raised a total of $471.4M in reported equity funding.

Membrane Labs – $20M

Membrane Labs, an institutional crypto trading and lending platform, has raised $20M in Series A funding from investors that include Two Sigma Ventures, Point72 Ventures, GSR, Framework Ventures, Jump Crypto, Electric Capital, QCP Capital, Jane Street Capital, BH Digital, Flow Traders, and Belvedere Trading. Membrane Labs was founded by Carson Cook in 2019.


Carefull – $16.5M

Carefull, a platform for financial institutions and wealth advisors to protect customers aged 55+ from financial threats, has raised $16.5M in Series A funding from investors that include Bessemer Venture Partners, Commerce Ventures, TTV Capital, Fin Capital, and Alloy Labs. Founded by Max Goldman and Todd Rovak in 2019, Carefull has now raised a total of $19.7M in reported equity funding.


Modal Labs – $16M

Modal Labs, a data infrastructure platform for generative AI, has raised $16M in Series A funding from investors that include Redpoint, Lux Capital, Amplify Partners, and Definition. Founded by Akshat Bubna and Erik Bernhardsson in 2021, Modal Labs has now raised a total of $23M in reported equity funding.

Pickle – $8M

Pickle, a peer-to-peer fashion rental marketplace, has raised $8M in Seed funding from investors that include FirstMark, Craft Ventures, and Burst Capital. Pickle was founded by Brian McMahon and Julia O’Mara in 2021.


Sincera – $4.2M

Sincera, a metadata analysis and tracking platform for adtech companies, has raised $4.2M in Seed funding from investors that include NextView Ventures, AperiamVentures, LiveRamp, and The Trade Desk. Sincera was founded by Mike O’ Sullivan and Ian Meyers in 2022.


Retirable – $4M

Retirable, a retirement planning platform for older adults, has raised $4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4.5M and there were seven investors in this close. Founded by Brian Ramirez, Ian Yamey, and Robert Tyler End in 2019, Retirable has now raised a total of $15.7M in reported equity funding.


Porosity – $3.5M

Porosity, a compliance platform for heavy industries, has raised $3.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.9M and there were four investors in this close. Porosity was founded by in .

Hook – $3M

Hook, an AI-powered music tech platform that allows users to make legalized mixes of songs for social media, has raised $3M in Seed funding from investors that include Point72 Ventures, Waverley Capital, Three Six Zero, and Avex. Hook was founded by Gaurav Sharma in 2023.


Spine BioPharma – $2.4M

Spine BioPharma, a non-surgical solution for back pain, has raised $2.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $15M, the transaction is structured as a convertible note, and there were three investors in this close. Founded by Marc R. Viscogliosi in 2015, Spine BioPharma has now raised a total of $38.3M in reported equity funding.


Modern Village – $1.7M

Modern Village, a yet-to-launch startup focused on expecting parents and baby registries, has raised $1.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that this round comes from sixteen investors. Modern Village was founded by Lily Walla in 2023.


candidate.fyi – $1.3M

candidate.fyi, a candidate engagement platform to make the interview process more seamless, has raised $1.3M in Pre-Seed funding led by SuperAngel.Fund. candidate.fyi was founded by Kyle Connors and Chris Connors in 2022.
