Ramp – $500M Series E

FINTECH

Ramp, the financial operations platform, has raised $500M in Series E funding led by ICONIQ Capital. Founded by Eric Glyman, Gene Lee, and Karim Atiyeh in 2019, Ramp has now raised a total of $1.9B in reported equity funding.

Small Door – $35M Venture

PET TECH

Small Door, the membership-based veterinary service platform, has raised $35M in Venture funding from investors that include Valspring Capital, Primary Venture Partners, C&S Family Capital, Lerer Hippeau, and Toba Capital. Founded by Florent Peyre and Josh Guttman in 2018, Small Door has now raised a total of $98.5M in reported equity funding.

OffDeal – $12M Series A

FINTECH

OffDeal, an AI-native investment bank for buying and selling small businesses, has raised $12M in Series A funding led by Radical Ventures. Founded by Ori Eldarov and Alston Lin in 2023, OffDeal has now raised a total of $17M in reported equity funding.

Keye – $5M Seed

AI/FINTECH

Keye, an AI-powered private equity due diligence platform, has raised $5M in Seed funding from investors that include Y Combinator, General Catalyst, (ERA) Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, Palm Drive Capital, Sorenson Capital, Clark Valberg, Tiferes Ventures, Dunamu, Kaz Nejatian, and Philip Rathle. Founded by Conor Brown, Paolo Fornasini, and Rohan Parikh in 2021, Keye has now raised a total of $5.3M in reported equity funding.

North Pole Security – $4M Seed

CYBERSECURITY

North Pole Security, an enterprise-grade endpoint protection platform for macOS, has raised $4M in Seed funding led by Andreessen Horowitz. North Pole Security was founded by Pete Markowsky and Tom Burgin in 2024.
