Ramp, a corporate card and all-in-one spend management platform, has raised $300M in additional funding from investors that include Thrive Capital and Sands Capital Ventures. Founded by Eric Glyman, Gene Lee, and Karim Atiyeh in 2019, Ramp has now raised a total of $970M in reported equity funding.
Hugging Face – $235M
Hugging Face, an open-source and platform provider of machine learning technologies, has raised $235M in Series D funding led by Salesforce Ventures. Founded by Clement Delangue, Julien Chaumond, and Thomas Wolf in 2016, Hugging Face has now raised a total of $395.2M in reported equity funding.
Wagmo – $8.9M
Wagmo, the pet insurance platform, has raised $8.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $12M and there were eight investors in this close. Founded by Alison Foxworth and Christie Horvath in 2018, Wagmo has now raised a total of $24.5M in reported equity funding.

Sizzle AI, a free AI-powered tutoring app that helps students solve problems step-by-step, has raised $7.5M in Venture funding from investors that include 8VC and Owl Ventures. Sizzle AI was founded by Jerome Pesenti in 2022.
HIFI – $6.7M
HIFI, a financial rights organization for the music industry, has raised $6.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that this round comes from sixty-seven investors. Founded by Damian Manning in 2013, HIFI has now raised a total of $13M in reported equity funding.
Xscape Photonics – $3M
Xscape Photonics, a provider of photonic chips for high-speed connections in high-performance computing systems and data centers, has raised $3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from two investors. Founded by Alexander Gaeta, Vivek Raghunathan, and Yoshi Okawachi in 2022, Xscape Photonics has now raised a total of $13M in reported equity funding.
CipherStash – $2.9M
CipherStash, an in-use encryption platform for databases, has raised $2.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.2M and there were twelve investors in this round. Founded by Dan Draper in 2020, CipherStash has now raised a total of $6.3M in reported equity funding.
iVerify – $1.5M
iVerify, a provider of mobile security solutions, has raised $1.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.1M and this close comes from a sole investor. iVerify was founded by Rocky Cole in 2023.
Bonfire Analytics – $1M
Bonfire Analytics, an AI-driven lead generation platform for healthcare companies, has raised $1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. Bonfire Analytics was founded by Vinay Nagaraj and Jaya Pokuri in 2022.
