Teamshares – $124M

Teamshares, an employee ownership platform for small businesses, has raised $124M in Series D funding from investors that include led by QED Investors. Founded by Alex Eu, Kevin Shiiba, and Michael Brown in 2019, Teamshares has now raised a total of $247.7M in reported equity funding.


Elemental Cognition – $60M

Elemental Cognition, a generative AI platform that powers decision making founded by the creator of Watson, has raised $60M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. Founded by David Ferrucci in 2015, Elemental Cognition has now raised a total of $168M in reported equity funding.


Summus Global – $19.5M

Summus Global, a virtual medical specialist platform, has raised $19.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing funding from investors that include . The filing indicates that the round comes from five investors. Founded by Jennifer Kherani, Julian Flannery, and Aftab Kherani in 2015, Summus Global has now raised a total of $56.8M in reported equity funding.

Moxie – $15.7M

Moxie, an operations and business management platform for MedSpas, has raised $15.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were twenty-three investors in the round and lists Chris Scoggins of SignalFire as a Director. Moxie was founded by Daniel Friedman and Sam Gerstenzang in 2022.


Caden – $15M

Caden, an intelligence platform that allows consumers to monetize their personal data and consumption habits, has raised $15M in Series A funding led by Nava Ventures. Founded by John Roa in 2021, Caden has now raised a total of $24.4M in reported equity funding.

Mixlab – $10M

Mixlab, a veterinary pharmacy platform, has raised $10M in venture funding from investors that include a veterinary pharmacy platform. Founded by Frederic Dijols, Stella Falkner, Vinnie Dam, and Webster Ross in 2017, Mixlab has now raised a total of $40.5M in reported equity funding. Grit – $7M

The filing indicates that the round comes from six investors. Founded by Anada Lakra and Ilya Usorov in 2021, BoldVoice has now raised a total of $5.1M in reported equity funding.

Fantasy Life, a fantasy sports betting platform, has raised $2M in funding from investors that include Roger Ehrenberg, John Legend, Chris Grove, Casey Wasserman, Josh Allen, LRMR Ventures, Joe Burrow, Jason Stein, Alec Scheiner, Kip Levin, George Pyne, Tony Khan, Austin Ekeler, and JaMarr Chase. Fantasy Life was founded by Matthew Berry in 2022.


In-Seam – $2M

In-Seam, a personal styling platform that connects brands, designers, personal shoppers, and clients, has raised $2M in Pre-Seed funding led by Far Out Ventures. Founded by Amy Wehren in 2020, In-Seam has now raised a total of $2.1M in reported equity funding.


Advantage Platform – $1.25M

Advantage Platform, a yet-to-launch stealth platform, has raised $1.25M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from a sole investor. Advantage Platform was founded by Nicholas Van Winkle in 2022.
