ClassPass, the fitness marketplace, has raised $285M in Series E funding from investors that include Temasek Holdings, L Catterton, and Apax Digital to become New York’s newest unicorn. Founded by Felipe Baytelman, Mary Biggins, Payal Kadakia, and Sanjiv Sanghavi in 2013, ClassPass has now raised a total of $549M in reported equity funding.

BigID, the privacy startup that offers companies personal data privacy and protection, has raised $50M in Series D funding from Tiger Global Management. Founded by Dimitri Sirota and Nimrod Vax in 2016, BigID has now raised a total of $146.1M in reported equity funding. This new funding comes on the heels of its Series C round, which closed in September of 2019. That round was also for $50M.

Orchard, the real estate platform which allows you to buy your next home before selling your existing home, has raised $36M in venture funding from investors that include Navitas Capital, FirstMark, Juxtapose, and Accomplice. Founded by Court Cunningham and Phil DeGisi in 2017, Orchard has now raised a total of $66M in reported equity funding. The company has also raised an additional $220M in the form of debt financing. In conjunction with this funding, the company announced its rebranding to Orchard. It was previously known as Perch.
