Beverage company Iris Nova has raised $15M in funding from investors that include Greycroft, GGV Capital, Gary Vaynerchuk, Chris Burch, Scooter Braun, CASSIUS Family, Ron Burkle, Imaginary Ventures, Betaworks Ventures, Tim Armstrong, Sophia Bush, Lakehouse Ventures, Alex Rodriguez, Michael Rapino, Nebari Ventures, Venturing & Emerging Brands, and Kate Hudson. Iris Nova was founded by Zak Normandin.

TrueFacet, the marketplace for pre-owned jewelry and watches, has raised $7.1M in additional funding according to a recent SEC filing. The total offering in the filing is for $9.8M. Founded by Christopher Chan and Tirath Kamdar in 2013, TrueFacet has now raised a total of $21.8M in reported equity funding over five rounds. Investors in previous rounds include Techstars, Right Side Capital Management, Maveron, Founders’ Co-op, Liquid 2 Ventures, Freestyle Capital, Techstars Seattle Accelerator, Social Leverage, Trilogy Equity Partners, Rick Marini, Bullish, Howard Lindzon, Sand Hill East, Tempo Ventures, and Trilogy.

Props, the creator marketing platform that connects brands with storytellers, has raised $5.5M in Seed funding from investors that include Vishal Garg, Axispoint, Hari Ravichandran, Patrick Stern, Paul Speaker, and Guy Story. Props was founded in 2015 and this is the first reported round of funding for the company.

The filing indicates that $1.8M is issuable upon conversion of debt/convertible note. Investors in previous rounds include Duck Island Holdings, 3G Capital Partners, Melo7 Tech Partners LLC, Outbound Ventures, Newark Venture Partners, Honeycomb Portfolio, BBG Ventures, SOS Ventures, and Brooklyn Bridge Ventures. Industrial/Organic was founded by Amanda Weeks in 2014. Sanket Parekh of Secocha Ventures is listed as a Director in the filing.
