The filing indicates that there were thirty-one investors in this round and that the total offering amount is $9M. The filing lists Kent Bennett of Bessemer Venture Partners as a Director. Founded in 2017 by Drew Werner, Yassine Boukadoum, and Khaled Boukadoum, Torch Technology had previously raised a total of $2.5M in reported equity funding.
