Semafor, the digital news platform, has raised $30M in Venture funding from investors that include PSP Capital Partners, Thomas Leysen, and Antenna Group. Founded by Ben Smith and Justin B. Smith in 2022, Semafor has now raised a total of $74M in reported equity funding.

Realize – $25.4M

Artificial Intelligence

Realize, an AI-powered capture, proposal and contract management platform, has raised $25.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $30M and there were four investors in the round. Founded by Curtis Mason, Sean Doherty, and Timothy Goltser in 2021, Realize has now raised a total of $35.4M in reported equity funding.

Autonomous Technologies Group – $15M Pre-Seed

Artificial Intelligence

Autonomous Technologies Group, an AI research lab and product company focused on applied reasoning models for financial advising, has raised $15M in Pre-Seed funding led by BoxGroup and Y Combinator. Autonomous Technologies Group was founded by Dillon Erb and Daniel Kobran in 2025.

BetHog – $10.4M

Crypto / Gaming

BetHog, the crypto casino and sportsbook platform, has raised $10.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing does not include a total offering amount but does indicate that this close came from twenty-two investors. Founded by Nigel Eccles in 2024, BetHog has now raised a total of $16.4M in reported equity funding.

Midcentury Labs – $8.9M

Stealth

Midcentury Labs, a stealth startup founded by the team behind Magic (YC S22), has raised $8.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing does not include a total offering amount but does indicate that this close came from five investors. Midcentury Labs was founded by Chetan Kulhari in 2024.

Pluto – $8.6M Seed

Marketecture – $1M Seed
