Runway – $308M

Runway, the generative AI model for video, has raised $308M in Series D funding led by General Atlantic. Founded by Alejandro Matamala Ortiz, Anastasis Germanidis, and Cristobal Valenzuela Barrera in 2018, Runway has now raised a total of $544.5M in reported equity funding.

Blackbird – $50M

BLOCKCHAIN
LOYALTY
RESTAURANT

Blackbird, a blockchain-based loyalty and payment platform for restaurants, has raised $50M in Series B funding led by Spark Capital. Founded by Ben Leventhal and Phil Toronto in 2022, Blackbird has now raised a total of $85M in reported equity funding.

Arena – $30M

AI
HARDWARE

Arena, a platform that uses AI to test, debug, and optimize advanced hardware, has raised $30M in Series B funding led by Initialized Capital, Goldcrest Capital, and Fifth Down Capital. Founded by Pratap Ranade, Rob Speare, and Engin Ura in 2019, Arena has now raised a total of $62M in reported equity funding.

Liminal – $15M

INTELLIGENCE
REGULATED MARKETS

Liminal, a real-time intelligence platform for complex markets and regulated industries, has raised $15M in Series A funding led by Noro-Moseley Partners. Founded by Jennifer Berry and Travis Jarae in 2021, Liminal has now raised a total of $17.8M in reported equity funding.

Tracera – $12M

Tracera, an AI-platform for helping companies understand their sustainability exposure and data, has raised $12M in Series A funding led by Foundry Group. Founded by Patrick Obeid in 2022, Tracera, which rebranded from ESG Flo, has now raised a total of $17.3M in reported equity funding.

Luzern Risk – $12M

CAPITAL INSURANCE

Luzern Risk, a digital capital insurance platform, has raised $12M in Series A funding led by Caffeinated Capital. Luzern Risk, which rebranded from XN Captive, was founded by Gabriel Weiss, Rachel Jenkins, and Sam Espinosa in 2023.

Alinea – $10.4M

GEN Z

Alinea, a wealth management platform built for Gen Z, has raised $10.4M in Series A funding led by Play Ventures. Founded by Anam Lakhani and Eve Halimi in 2020, Alinea has now raised a total of $16.1M in reported equity funding.

HoneyHive – $5.5M

AI

HoneyHive, an AI observability and evaluation platform, has raised $5.5M in Seed funding led by Insight Partners. Founded by Mohak Sharma and Druv Singh in 2022, HoneyHive has now raised a total of $7.4M in reported equity funding. DIAMO – $4M

HOSPITALITY
REVENUE

DIAMO, a revenue platform for independent hotels, has raised $4M in Seed funding led by Inovia Capital and Thayer Ventures. DIAMO, a spin out of Life house, is led by James Kay and was founded in 2024.

SuiteOp – $3M

HOSPITALITY
SHORT-TERM RENTAL

SuiteOp, an operating system for the short-term rental and hospitality industry, has raised $3M in Seed funding led by ScOp Venture Capital. SuiteOp was founded by Jean-Emmanuel Losi and Simon Seroussi in 2022.

Light – $2M

HARDWARE
DIGITAL WELLNESS

Light, the maker of the Light phone that centers around simplicity to curb smartphone addiction, has raised $2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and there were four participants in this close. Founded by Joe Hollier in 2014, Light has now raised a total of $14.6M in reported equity funding.

LiquidX – $2M

FINTECH
TRADE FINANCE

LiquidX, the electronic exchange for trade finance, has raised $2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2.5M and there were two investors in this close. Founded by Jesse Bornstein and Jim Toffey in 2015, LiquidX has now raised a total of $43M in reported equity funding.

Reveal HealthTech – $1.35M

HEALTHTECH

Reveal HealthTech, a provider of technology solutions to the healthcare industry, has raised $1.35M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $6M and this close comes from a sole investor. Reveal HealthTech was founded by Andrew Bravo, Salim Afshar, and Sanchit Mullick in 2023.
