Headway – $100M

Headway, a mental health platform that connects patients with in-network therapists, has raised $100M in Series D funding led by Spark Capital. Founded by Andrew Adams, Dan Ross, Jake Sussman, and Kevin Chan in 2018, Headway has now raised a total of $325.5M in reported equity funding.


POSH – $22M

POSH, a live event ticket and community platform, has raised $22M in Series A funding led by Goodwater Capital. Founded by Avante Price and Eli Taylor-Lemire in 2019, POSH has now raised a total of $31M in reported equity funding.

The filing indicates that the round comes from forty-three investors. Founded by Adam Kitain and Andrew Marconi in 2020, Intelligems has now raised a total of $13.2M in reported equity funding.


Medbill AI – $16.3M

Medbill AI, an AI-powered assistant to help consumers with medical bills, has raised $16.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from twenty-six investors. Medbill AI was founded by Julien Nakache in 2023.
