Fillogic – $13M

Fillogic, a logistics platform that converts under-utilized retail spaces to middle-logistics centers, has raised $13M in Series A funding from investors that include XRC Ventures, Green Egg Ventures, GroundBreak Ventures, Closed Loop Partners, Revelry Venture Partners, and Venture 53. Founded by Rob Caucci and William Thayer in 2018, Fillogic has now raised a total of $15.6M in reported equity funding.


Forum – $5.3M

Forum, a marketplace for peer support groups, has raised $5.3M in Venture funding from investors that include NextView Ventures, City Light Capital, Cue Ball, MBX Capital, Sahil Bloom, Shaan Puri, and Romeen Sheth. Forum was founded by Rajiv Kumar and Lee Pichette in 2022.


Harvard data scientist upends finance community with returns in this market

Summer – $18M

Summer, a short term rental platform that helps people buy and rent out second homes, has raised $18M in Venture funding from investors that include Alumni Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Gaingels, QED Investors, Connecticut Innovations, Firstminute Capital, Elizabeth Street Ventures, Not Boring, Viola Group, 1Sharpe Capital, and Merrimac. Founded by Paul Kromidas in 2021, Summer has now raised a total of $31M in reported equity funding.


Bite – $625K

Bite, a kiosk digital ordering platform for restaurants, has raised $625K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $8.6M and there were three investors in this close. Founded by Etkin Tekin, Jeff Hong, Stas Nikiforov, and Steve Truong in 2015, Bite has now raised a total of $11.1M in reported equity funding.
