Petal – $20M

Petal, the credit card provider focused on providing access to credit to those who have been undeserved by traditional credit qualification standards, has raised $20M in additional funding from existing investors. Petal was founded by Andrew Endicott, David Ehrich, Jack Arenas, and Jason Rosen in 2016.


IYK – $18.9M

IYK, a tokenization platform for physical items and IRL events for creators, artists, and brands, has raised $18.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that this round comes from thirty-nine investors. IYK was founded by Ryan Ouyang in 2021.


Topline Pro – $12M

Topline Pro, a booking, management, and discovery platform for home service providers, has raised $12M in Series A funding from investors that include Forerunner Ventures, Bonfire Ventures, BBG Ventures, and TMV. Founded by Daniel Stepanov, Nick Ornitz, and Shannon Kay in 2021, Topline Pro has now raised a total of $17M in reported equity funding.

Knot, an API-based card management platform that allows card issuers to switch saved payment methods seamlessly, has raised $10M in Series A funding led by Nava Ventures. Founded by Rory O’Reilly and Kieran O’Reilly in 2019, Knot has now raised a total of $13M in reported equity funding.


SnoFox Sciences – $4.5M

SnoFox Sciences, a business intelligence platform for the cold supply chain industry, has raised $4.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing funding led by Voyager Ventures. Founded by Benjamin Rubin and Matthew Rubin in 2020, SnoFox Sciences has now raised a total of $5.7M in reported equity funding. Ply – $4M

Ply, a building materials procurement platform for contractors, has raised $4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from eight investors. Founded by Darion Miller and Dave Wigder in 2021, Ply has now raised a total of $5.7M in reported equity funding.

Emtech, a provider of financial technologies for central banks, has raised $4M in Seed funding led by Matrix Partners India. Founded by Carmelle Cadet in 2019, Emtech has now raised a total of $10M in reported equity funding.


Jericho Security – $3M

Jericho Security, a cyber security platform focused on defending against social engineering phishing attacks, has raised $3M in Pre-Seed funding led by Era. Jericho Security was founded by Sage Wohns, Tim Hwang, and Dan Chyan in 2023.


Meta Logic – $2.3M

Meta Logic, a digital twin technology platform for warehouses to optimize automation through visualization, has raised $2.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and this close comes from forty-three investors. Meta Logic was founded by Michael V. Santora in 2019.


Bottleneck – $2M

Bottleneck, an automation platform for the CPG supply chain for the food and beverage industry, has raised $2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4M and this close comes from a sole investor. Bottleneck was founded by Crawford Hawkins, Dmitry Tokmakov, Gilad Rom, and Soheil Norouzi in 2022.

The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.5M and this close comes from a sole investor. TripSuite was founded by Chris Graves and Jacey Jones in 2022.


We Are The New Farmers – $500K

We Are The New Farmers, a Brooklyn-based urban farm focused on promoting the benefits of microalgaes like spirulina, has raised $500K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2M and this close comes from a sole investor. We Are The New Farmers was founded by Daniel Bernstein, Jonas Gunther, and Michael Udovich in 2018.


Elula – $450K

Elula, an academic support platform, has raised $450K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $500K and this close comes from a sole investor. Elula was founded by Deveren Fogle in 2023.
