Vellum, a developer platform for the production of LLM applications, has raised $5M in Seed funding from investors that include Y Combinator, Pioneer Fund, Rebel Fund, Dharmesh Shah, Arash Ferdowsi, Eastlink Capital, and Divya Bhat. Founded by Akash Sharma, Noa Flaherty, and Sidd Seethepalli in 2023, Vellum has now raised a total of $5.5M in reported equity funding.

Founded by Zachary Conway and Michael Conway in 2018, Seeds has now raised a total of $4.7M in reported equity funding.

TownHome Health – $1.725M

TownHome Health, an operator of urgent care for mental health episodes, has raised $1.725M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2.1M, there were seven investors in this close, and lists Danish Munir of . TownHome Health was founded by Charles Raisch in 2021.
