Odeko – $53M

Odeko, a management platform for independent coffee shops, has raised $53M in Series D funding led by B Capital Group. Founded by Dane Atkinson in 2019, Odeko has now raised a total of $227M in reported equity funding.


Karate Combat – $18M

Karate Combat, a full-contact martial arts sports league, has raised $18M in venture funding led by BITKRAFT Ventures. Karate Combat was founded by Robert Bryan in 2018.


Trullion – $15M

Trullion, an AI-powered accounting platform that automates financial workflows for finance teams, has raised $15M in Series A funding led by StepStone Group. Founded by Amir Boldo and Isaac Heller in 2020, Trullion has now raised a total of $33M in reported equity funding.

INSHUR – $13.1M

INSHUR, a digital insurance platform for TLC drivers and fleet operators, has raised $13.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $15M and there were eight investors in this close. Founded by Dan Bratshpis, David Daiches, Mathew Donfrancesco, Matthew Tomlinson, and Richard Anderson in 2016, INSHUR has now raised a total of $47.6M in reported equity funding.


BlueMark – $10M

BlueMark, an impact verification and intelligence platform for ESG investments, has raised $10M in Series A funding led by S&P Global. Founded by Christina Leijonhufvud and Kim Wright-Violich in 2020, BlueMark has now raised a total of $12.3M in reported equity funding.


Sylva – $5.7M

Sylva, a platform for building and managing online communities, has raised $5.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $8.5M and there were ten investors in this close. Founded by Scott Amenta and Tom Guthrie in 2018, Sylva has now raised a total of $10.4M in reported equity funding.


Cure Hydration – $5.6M

Cure Hydration, a premium hydration brand that offers electrolyte-rich mixes, has raised $5.6M in Series A funding led by Lerer Hippeau. Cure Hydration was founded by Alex Sarkissian and Lauren Picasso in 2018. Standby Deposits, a security deposit alternative platform for the rental market, has raised $5.3M in Seed funding led by Brunnur Ventures. Standby Deposits was founded by Egill Almar Agustsson and Elvar Thormar in 2021.


PowerX – $4M

PowerX, a maker of smart energy products to optimize, has raised $4M in Seed funding led by Spring Tide Capital and Antler. Founded by Manuel Schonfeld in 2021, PowerX has now raised a total of $8M in reported equity funding.


CurbWaste – $4M

CurbWaste, a SaaS platform for the waste management industry, has raised $4M in a Seed extension led by TTV Capital. Founded by Michael Marmo in 2018, CurbWaste has now raised a total of $11.2M in reported equity funding.


lockr – $2.5M

lockr, a digital identity, consent and data platform for consumers, has raised $2.5M in Pre-Seed funding from investors that include Mozilla Ventures, Junction Venture Partners, and Grit Capital Partners. lockr was founded by Keith Petri in 2021.

Billy – $2.5M

Billy, a marketplace for contractors to obtain construction insurance, has raised $2.5M in Seed funding led by Entrada Ventures and MetaProp. Billy was founded by Grant Robbins and Nyasha-Harmony Gutsa in 2020.


Floret – $2.25M

Floret, a platform for CPG brands to manage their deductions, has raised $2.25M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from two investors. Floret was founded by Tanay Kothari in 2022.


Spheryx – $675K

Spheryx, a maker of analytical instrumentation for use in biologics, semicondictors, and consumer products using holographic characterization capabilities, has raised $675K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2.75M and there were four investors in this close. Founded by David G Grier, Fook C. Cheong, and Laura Philips in 2014, Spheryx has now raised a total of $1.2M in reported equity funding.
