RQD Clearing – $74M

RQD Clearing, a cloud-native clearing and custody platform that provides broker-dealers, RIAs, and foreign financial institutions with real-time access to U.S. equity, options, and ETF markets, has raised $74M in a Venture round led by Bain Capital Tech Opportunities with participation from ABN AMRO Clearing Bank and Nyca Partners. RQD Clearing was founded by Michael Sanocki in 2021 and has raised approximately $84M in total funding.


Icon – $30M

Icon, a human UGC ad production platform that manages creator sourcing, scripting, filming, and editing to deliver brand-ready short-form video ads, has raised $30M in a Venture round led by Founders Fund. Icon was founded by Kennan Jenner in 2024.


Koxa – $8.7M

Koxa, a fintech API platform that connects ERP and accounting software directly to corporate bank accounts to streamline treasury and payables workflows, has raised $8.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were eighteen investors in this round. Koxa was founded by Camellia George and Conner Mulvee in 2020.

Swissclear Global – $900K

Swissclear Global, a prepaid entertainment platform that enables consumers to access digital content across streaming, sports, and gaming services without credit cards or long-term commitments, has raised $900K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3M and this close comes from a sole investor. Swissclear Global was founded by Sundip Agarwal in 2014.
