Cityblock Health – $116M

HealthTech AI Enterprise

Cityblock Health is a value-based healthcare provider that delivers integrated primary care, behavioral health, and social services to Medicaid and dual-eligible members. The company raised a $116M Series E led by General Catalyst. Alongside the fundraise, Cityblock announced a definitive agreement to acquire rural healthcare provider Homeward Health in an all-stock transaction, positioning the combined platform to serve the nation’s 120 million individuals enrolled in government-sponsored healthcare programs. Cityblock Health was founded by Toyin Ajayi, Iyah Romm, Mat Balez, and Bay Gross in 2017. The company has raised approximately $1B in total funding.

Blank Street – $75M

Food and Beverage

Blank Street is a coffee and matcha chain that operates small-format cafes focused on quick service. The company has raised $75M in Series C funding. The round was led by General Atlantic with participation from General Catalyst, Left Lane Capital, and Tiger Global Management. Blank Street was founded by Vinay Menda and Issam Freiha in 2020. The company has raised $224.7M in total equity funding to date.

Ultra – $57.1M

Robotics AI Enterprise

Ultra is a robotics company that manufactures and deploys AI-powered industrial robots for warehouse automation tasks such as order packaging, sorting, and kitting. The company raised funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $62.1M and there were fifty-three investors in this close. Ultra was founded by Jonathan Schwartz, Max Friefeld, Oliver Ortlieb, and Chetan Parthiban in 2024.


Queen One funding

Queen One – $25M

AI Enterprise eCommerce

Brooklyn-based Queen One is the industry’s first fully AI-governed Commerce CRM, powered by 30+ competing AI models that create individualized streams for every consumer, replacing legacy martech stacks with a unified platform that connects identity recognition, product intelligence, creative intelligence, CRM, and advertising. The company raised $25M from Mercury Fund, Full In, Connecticut Innovations, CP Overture, Charge Ventures, Inspired Capital, and existing investors, bringing its total funding to more than $37.5M. Queen One was founded by Ryan Urban and Maricor Resente.

CYBERA is a cybersecurity platform that empowers financial institutions to fight scams and recover assets for victims. The company has raised $2.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.5M and there were two investors in this close. CYBERA was founded by Nicola Staub, Claudio Staub, and Sudip Biswas in 2020 and has raised $8.7M in total funding.


TownHome Health – $860K

HealthTech

TownHome Health is a mental health platform that provides tech-enabled urgent care for psychiatric crises as an alternative to emergency hospitalization. The company has raised $860K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2M and there were seven investors in this close. TownHome Health was founded by Charles Raisch and Donna Demetri Friedman and has raised $3.1M in total funding.
