Antioch – $31.4M

AI

Antioch, a simulation platform that enables robotics teams to build, test, and deploy autonomous systems entirely in software, has raised $31.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $32M and there were eight investors in this close. Founded by Harry Mellsop, Alex Langshur, Colton Swingle, and Collin Schlager in 2025, Antioch has now raised a total of $44M in reported equity funding.


Ambrook – $30M

FINTECH

Ambrook, an agricultural fintech platform that provides accounting and financial management tools for farmers, ranchers, and rural businesses, has raised $30M in Series B funding from investors that include Lachy Groom, Thomson Reuters Ventures, Thrive Capital, Field Ventures, and Cameron Ventures. Founded by Mackenzie Burnett, Dan Schlosser, and Jeff Anders in 2021, Ambrook has now raised a total of $59M in reported equity funding.


Baselayer – $20M

FINTECH

Baselayer, an AI platform that automates business risk assessment and fraud prevention for financial institutions and government agencies, has raised $20M in Series A funding from investors that include Koro Capital and M13. Founded by Jonathan Awad, Timothy Hyde, and William Slessman in 2023, Baselayer has now raised a total of $47M in reported equity funding.

Advocate Technologies – $18M

INSURTECH

Advocate Technologies, a commercial insurance benchmarking platform that standardizes pricing and coverage data for brokers, lenders, and risk managers, has raised $18M in Seed funding from investors that include Vestigo Ventures, Brewer Lane Ventures, and MetaProp. Advocate Technologies was founded by Ashwin Agarwal and Dimitris Psaropoulos in 2020.


Dili – $15M

AI

Dili, an AI-native compliance platform that automates prevailing wage monitoring and certified payroll review for infrastructure, construction, and energy projects, has raised $15M in Series A funding from investors that include Khosla Ventures, Y Combinator, Allianz, Brick and Mortar Ventures, and Rebel Fund. Founded by Anand Chaturvedi, Brian Fernandez, and Stephanie Song in 2023, Dili has now raised a total of $21.7M in reported equity funding.


Malachyte

Malachyte – $10M

AI ENTERPRISE

Malachyte, a behavior intelligence platform that delivers real-time personalization for e-commerce brands, has raised $10M in Seed funding led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Gradient Ventures with participation from Harpoon Ventures. Malachyte was founded by Sidd Motwani, Ian Anderson, and Shivaditya Sinha in 2024.

Pinegap – $8M

AI

Pinegap, an AI-powered equity research platform that automates buy-side analyst workflows for hedge funds and mutual funds, has raised $8M in Series A funding led by Stellaris Venture Partners, with participation from Inventus, Silicon Valley Quad, and DeVC. Founded by Ankit Varmani and Deepak Sharma in 2024, Pinegap has now raised a total of $10.5M in reported equity funding.


Othello – $6.85M

AI

Othello, an AI sales coaching platform that provides real-time in-call guidance and automation for sales teams, has raised $6.85M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were thirty-five investors in this round. Othello was founded by Jared Zelman in 2025.


Furnace Systems Corp – $3.55M

ENTERPRISE

Furnace Systems Corp, a stealth startup that has not yet disclosed its product founded by three Brown University alumni, has raised $3.55M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were nine investors in this round. Furnace Systems Corp was founded by Matthew Siff, Andrew Siff, and Gabriel Rizk in 2025.

Claryx – $3.5M

HEALTHTECH

Claryx, a genomic intelligence platform that detects and traces infection transmission outbreaks in hospitals, has raised $3.5M in Pre-Seed funding led by Outlander VC, with participation from Company Ventures, Boost VC, Neon, Mana Ventures, 640 Oxford, and Precursor. Claryx was founded by Kurt Hackenberger and Dirk Hackenberger in 2025.


Unplugs Hearing – $3.4M

HEALTHTECH

Unplugs Hearing, a consumer hardware company that makes mechanical earplugs with a transparency mode that allows wearers to toggle between hearing protection and ambient sound, has raised $3.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $6.6M and there were forty-three investors in this close. Unplugs Hearing was founded by Tom Worcester in 2023.


Fair Warning – $2.5M

ENTERPRISE

Fair Warning, a members-only mobile auction platform that sells curated fine art one lot at a time, has raised $2.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2.5M and there were two investors in this close. Founded by Loic Gouzer in 2020, Fair Warning has now raised a total of $5.6M in reported equity funding.
