Reserv – $125M

InsurTech

Reserv, an AI-native third-party administrator that processes property and casualty insurance claims, has raised $125M in Series C funding led by KKR, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures and Flourish Ventures. Founded by CJ Przybyl, Martha Dreiling in 2022, Reserv has now raised a total of $196M in reported equity funding.

Bathhouse – $35M

Wellness

Bathhouse, a social wellness destination that offers sauna, contrast therapy, and communal bathing experiences, has raised $35M in Venture funding led by Imaginary Ventures, with participation from Klay Thompson, Marcus Smart, and DK Metcalf. Bathhouse was founded by Travis Talmadge, Jason Goodman in 2019.


MOTHER.Tech Raises $15M

MOTHER.Tech – $15M

Artificial Intelligence

MOTHER.Tech, an AI creative platform that lets users generate professional-quality content without prompt engineering, has raised $15M in Pre-Seed funding led by Google Ventures (GV), with participation from Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Box Group, and Shine Capital. Founded by Kelsey Falter in 2023, MOTHER.Tech has now raised a total of $20M in reported equity funding.

InstaSwitch, a fintech infrastructure platform that automates the account-switching workflow for business banking institutions, has raised $4.7M in Seed funding led by Chicago Ventures, with participation from 8-Bit Capital, Better Tomorrow Ventures, and Panache Ventures. InstaSwitch was founded by Daniel West in 2025.

Swish Holdings – $1.2M

Fintech

Swish Holdings, a stealth startup founded by a longtime lending executive, has raised $1.2M according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were zero investors in this round. Swish Holdings was founded by Ace Watanasuparp in 2026.
