RapidSOS, the AI-powered emergency response platform for public safety, has raised $100M in Venture funding led by Apax Partners. Founded by Michael Martin and Nick Horelik in 2012, RapidSOS has now raised a total of $455.7M in reported equity funding.

Model ML – $75M Series A

FINTECH

Model ML, an AI workflow automation platform for the financial services industry, has raised $75M in Series A funding led by Financial Technology Partners. Founded by Arnie Englander and Chaz Englander in 2023, Model ML has now raised a total of $87.5M in reported equity funding.

Stuut – $29.5M Series A

FINTECH

Stuut, an AI-powered accounts receivable management platform, has raised $29.5M in Series A funding led by Andreessen Horowitz. Stuut was founded by Tarek Alaruri, Miraj Mohsin, and Ben Winter in 2024.

Made Card – $8M Seed

FINTECH

Made Card, a credit card platform specifically designed for the needs of homeowners, has raised $8M in Seed funding from investors that include Soma Capital, Village Global, Jump Capital, and Recharge Capital. Made Card was founded by Ashin Shah, Christophe Van, and Alex Song in 2024.

Streaker Sports – $500K

SPORTS APPAREL

Streaker Sports, a sports lifestyle and apparel brand, has raised $500K in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from three investors. Streaker Sports was founded by Corey Fahey and Pete Lucchesi in 2016.
