Iris, an AI-powered RFP automation platform, has raised $4.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and this close comes from twenty-three investors. Iris was founded by Ben Hills in 2023.

Everstar – $4M

AI • ENERGY

Everstar, an AI-powered compliance solution for nuclear energy and industrial operations, has raised $4M in Pre-Seed funding led by Third Prime. Everstar was founded by Kevin Kong in 2024.

Incept AI – $3M

AI • RESTAURANT TECH

Incept AI, an AI-powered voice order solution for quick service restaurants, has raised $3M in Pre-Seed funding led by Rally Ventures. Incept AI was founded by Umut Isik and Justin Foster in 2023.

Lizzy Care – $2.6M

HEALTHCARE • ELDERCARE

Lizzy Care, an at-home dementia care platform, has raised $2.6M in Seed funding led by Boomerang Ventures. Lizzy Care was founded by Ollie Fielding and Sarah Gorenstein in 2022.

RecruitU – $1.3M

HR TECH • RECRUITMENT

RecruitU, a network-focused recruitment platform targeted towards finance and consulting jobs for recent college graduates, has raised $1.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4M and this close comes from twenty-six investors. Founded by Brooks Gammill and Wes Farley in 2021, RecruitU has now raised a total of $4.5M in reported equity funding.
