H1, the healthcare data analytics platform, has acquired Ribbon Health, a provider data platform for health plans and digital health companies. Ribbon Health developed a platform that helps patients find the right doctors across digital health and insurance platforms. As part of the acquisition, Ribbon Health’s platform will be integrated into H1’s product portfolio as H1 for Health Plans & Digital Health, providing insurers, providers, and digital health companies with accurate, real-time provider data.
