Oshi Health, a virtual clinic for gastrointestinal (GI) health, has raised $60M in Series C funding led by Oak HC/FT. Founded by Sam Holliday, Sameer Berry, and Sona Chandra in 2019, Oshi Health has now raised a total of $119.5M in reported equity funding.
Healthie – $23M
Healthie, an EHR, scheduling, and engagement platform for the healthcare industry, has raised $23M in Series B funding led by TCV. Founded by Cavan Klinsky and Erica Jain in 2016, Healthie has now raised a total of $40.9M in reported equity funding.
Blue Stripes – $20M
Blue Stripes, a sustainable cacao brand, has raised $20M in Series B funding led by Zintinus. Founded by Oded Brenner in 2018, Blue Stripes has now raised a total of $22.7M in reported equity funding.

INSHUR, a digital platform for commercial insurance, has raised $19M in Venture funding led by Viola Growth. Founded by Dan Bratshpis, David Daiches, Mathew Donfrancesco, Matthew Tomlinson, and Richard Anderson in 2016, INSHUR has now raised a total of $76.5M in reported equity funding.
Fern – $12.8M
Fern, a platform that helps to generate SDKs and documentation for APIs, has raised $12.8M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from thirty-five investors. Founded by Danny Sheridan, Deep Singhvi, and Zach Kirsch in 2022, Fern has now raised a total of $13.3M in reported equity funding.
Ash Wellness – $10M
Ash Wellness, a remote diagnostics company that allows healthcare institutions to offer at-home healthcare testing, has raised $10M in Venture funding led by Merck Global Health Innovation Fund. Founded by David Stein, Kyle Waters, Mio Akasako, and Nick Sempere in 2016, Ash Wellness has now raised a total of $16.6M in reported equity funding.

Merit Systems, a stealth startup that’s focused on “building the future of software incentive systems”, has raised $9.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from two investors. Merit Systems was founded by Sam Ragsdale and Ryan Sproule in 2024.
Ned – $4.2M
Ned, a white label platform that allows lenders to offer revenue-based products, has raised $4.2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from twenty investors. Ned was founded by David Silverstein and Mayur Motgi in 2021.
Strella – $4M
Strella, an AI-powered customer research and insights platform, has raised $4M in Seed funding led by Decibel Partners. Strella was founded by Lydia Hylton and Priya Krishnan in 2023.
