Metatate, a data privacy platform for the enterprise, has raised $1.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from a sole investor. Founded by Sean Wagner in 2021, Metatate has now raised a total of $1.25M in reported equity funding. The company participated in the winter ’23 class of the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator.
