Imprint, a provider of co-branded credit cards, has raised $75M in Series B funding from investors that include Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit Capital, Lachy Groom, and Moore Capital. Founded by Daragh Murphy and Michael Pechman in 2020, Imprint has now raised a total of $127M in reported equity funding.
Keychain – $18M
Keychain, an AI-powered platform that helps brands find manufacturing partners for the CPG industry, has raised $18M in Seed funding from investors that include SVA, Lightspeed Venture Partners, BoxGroup, and Afore Capital. Keychain was founded by Jordan Weitz, Oisin Hanrahan, and Umang Dua in 2023 . Tenet – $10M
Tenet, a fintech platform that is focused on increasing the adoption of electric vehicles through affordable financing options, has raised $10M in Series A funding from investors that include Nyca Partners, Giant Ventures, and Assurant Ventures. Tenet was founded by Alexander Liegl, Andreas Wallendahl, and Paul Sebexen in 2021.
Versifi – $10M
Versifi, a diigtal assets trading and lending platform, has raised $10M in Series A funding led by Hunting Hill Global Capital. Versifi was founded by Sameer Shalaby and Alexander Kouperman in 2022.

TomTex, the makers of an eco-friendly alternative to leather, has raised $4.15M in Seed funding from investors that include SOSV, Happiness Capital, Earth Venture Capital, MiH Ventures, and Parley. Founded by Atom Nguyen, Ross McBee PhD, and Uyen Tran in 2020, TomTex has now raised a total of $6.1M in reported equity funding.
Fortuna Health – $4M
Fortuna Health, a consumer Medicaid navigation platform, has raised $4M in Seed funding from investors that include Y Combinator, Andreessen Horowitz, and BoxGroup. Fortuna Health was founded by Nikita Singareddy, Cydney Kim, and Benjamin Wesner in 2023.
Martian Wallet – $3.475M
Martian Wallet, a self-custodial wallet that supports the Aptos and Sui blockchains, has raised $3.475M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that this round comes from sixteen investors. Martian Wallet was founded by Utkarsh Sinha and Siddharth Jain in 2022.
Codedex – $750K
Codedex, a learn-to-code platform for Gen Z, has raised $750K in Pre-Seed funding from investors that include NP-Hard Ventures, Worklife Ventures, NY Ventures, Hustle Fund, Transcend Network, Goodwater Capital, and Z Fellows. Codedex was founded by Sonny Li in 2022.
