K Health, the AI-powered primary care platform, has raised $59M in venture funding from investors that include Valor Equity Partners, Mangrove Capital Partners, PICO Venture Partners, and Cedars Sinai. Founded by Adam Singolda, Allon Bloch, Israel Roth, and Ran Shaul in 2016, K Health has now raised a total of $330.3M in reported equity funding.
Torch Dental – $28M
Torch Dental, a digital procurement platform for dental practices, has raised $28M in Series B funding led by Health Velocity Capital. Founded by Drew Werner, Khaled Boukadoum, and Yassine Boukadoum in 2017, Torch Dental has now raised a total of $60M in reported equity funding.
Whop – $17M
Whop, a digital product marketplace, has raised $17M in Series A funding from investors that include Insight Partners, Zinal Growth, Peter Thiel, Justin Mateen, Justin Kan, The Chainsmokers, Vivek Ranadive, David Blitzer, Josh Richards, Griffin Johnson, James Harden, Cory Levy, and Josh Browder. Founded by Cameron Zoub, Jack Sharkey, and Steven Schwartz in 2020, Whop has now raised a total of $18M in reported equity funding. Bowery Valuation, a commercial real estate appraisal platform, has raised $16.3M as a Series B extension led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Founded by Cesar Devers, John Meadows, and Noah Isaacs in 2015, Bowery Valuation has now raised a total of $80M in reported equity funding.
Uplift – $10.7M
Uplift, a virtual psychotherapy and psychiatry platform, has raised $10.7M in Series A funding led by Ballast Point Ventures. Founded by Danny McDermott and Kyle Talcott in 2020, Uplift has now raised a total of $18.7M in reported equity funding.
Skillit – $8.5M
Skillit, a recruiting platform for the construction industry, has raised $8.5M in additional funding led by Metaprop and Bow Capital. Founded by Fraser Patterson in 2021, Skillit has now raised a total of $13.6M in reported equity funding.
Leverage – $7M
Leverage, a supply chain visibility platform, has raised $7M in venture funding led by Chicago Ventures. Founded by Andrew Stroup and Nadav Ullman in 2018, Leverage has now raised a total of $13.9M in reported equity funding. GlobalComix, a free digital reading and distribution platform for comics and their creators, has raised $6.5M in Series A funding led by Point72 Ventures. Founded by Christopher Carter and Alessio Deiana in 2017, GlobalComix has now raised a total of $6.7M in reported equity funding.
Infinite Canvas – $6M
Infinite Canvas, a metaverse gaming studio focused on building AI-powered and creator-led games, has raised $6M in venture funding led by BITKRAFT Ventures. Founded by Tal Shachar and Sebastian Park in 2021, Infinite Canvas has now raised a total of $8.8M in reported equity funding.
The Prospective Co. – $6M
The Prospective Co., an analytics and data visualization platform for large datasets, has raised $6M in Seed funding led by Point72 Ventures. The Prospective Co. was founded by Andrew Stein and Eric Schmalzbauer in 2022.

Incentiv – $2M
Incentiv, a yet-to-launch startup, has raised $2M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4M and this close come from a sole investor. Incentiv was founded by Matt Fanelli in 2023.
CornerUp – $1.5M
CornerUp, a B2B commerce platform for independent convenience stores , has raised $1.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $4M and there were two investors in this close. Founded by Amol Sarva, Harrison Azizi, Jason Diaz, and Tyler Dean in 2021, CornerUp has now raised a total of $9M in reported equity funding.
