Driver Technologies – $6M

Driver Technologies, an app-based platform that turns a smartphone into a next-gen dash cam, has raised $6M in Venture funding led by IA Capital and CT Innovations. Founded by Marcus Newbury, Michael Yatco, Rashid Galadanci in 2018, Driver Technologies has now raised a total of $16.3M in reported equity funding.


Pomelo Care – $25M

Pomelo Care, a virtual healthcare platform for maternal and newborn health, has raised $25M in Series A funding led by Andreessen Horowitz. Founded by Marta Bralic in 2021, Pomelo Care has now raised a total of $33M in reported equity funding.

The filing indicates the total offering is for $4M and that this close comes from a sole investor. Populate was founded by Zubair Noman and Chance Rodriguez, in 2022.


FlagshipRTL – $7.9M

FlagshipRTL, a data science platform for retailers, has raised $7.9M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates the total offering is for $8.7M and that this close comes from thirty investors. FlagshipRTL was founded by Justin Abrams and Alex Jofe in 2019.
