INSHUR, a digital insurance platform for TLC drivers and fleet operators, has raised $13.1M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $15M and there were eight investors in this close. Founded by Dan Bratshpis, David Daiches, Mathew Donfrancesco, Matthew Tomlinson, and Richard Anderson in 2016, INSHUR has now raised a total of $47.6M in reported equity funding.
BlueMark – $10M
BlueMark, an impact verification and intelligence platform for ESG investments, has raised $10M in Series A funding led by S&P Global. Founded by Christina Leijonhufvud and Kim Wright-Violich in 2020, BlueMark has now raised a total of $12.3M in reported equity funding.
Sylva – $5.7M
Sylva, a platform for building and managing online communities, has raised $5.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $8.5M and there were ten investors in this close. Founded by Scott Amenta and Tom Guthrie in 2018, Sylva has now raised a total of $10.4M in reported equity funding.
Cure Hydration – $5.6M
Cure Hydration, a premium hydration brand that offers electrolyte-rich mixes, has raised $5.6M in Series A funding led by Lerer Hippeau. Cure Hydration was founded by Alex Sarkissian and Lauren Picasso in 2018. lockr – $2.5M
lockr, a digital identity, consent and data platform for consumers, has raised $2.5M in Pre-Seed funding from investors that include Mozilla Ventures, Junction Venture Partners, and Grit Capital Partners. lockr was founded by Keith Petri in 2021.

Floret, a platform for CPG brands to manage their deductions, has raised $2.25M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from two investors. Floret was founded by Tanay Kothari in 2022.
