Techpharma company Capsule, founded by Eric Kinariwala, has raised $200M in Series C led by TCV and including participation from Thrive Capital and Glade Brook Capital Partners. Capsule has now raised a total of $270M across three rounds.

Group Nine Media, the digital media holding company that operates NowThis, Thrillist, The Dodo, and Seeker, has raised an additional $50M in funding from investors that include Axel Springer and Discovery Communications. Group Nine formed in 2016 through the merger of several media brands and is led by Ben Lerer. This funding comes at a reported $600M+ post-money valuation.

Homevest, the proptech start focused on fractional ownership through renting, has raised $9.3M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $10.3M with Evan Moore of Khosla Ventures and Keith Rabois of Founders Fund listed as Directors. Nineteen investors participated in this close. Founded by Michael Wong in 2017, Homevest previously raised a convertible note in April of this year in which forty-six investors participated.
