The We Company, which we all know as WeWork, has agreed to acquire Managed by Q, the platform for office management. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed but sources indicate that the deal is a combination of equity and cash. Reports peg the acquisition price to be in the neighborhood of $200M to $250M. Founded by Michael Rangel and Tyler McIntyre in 2016, Novo has now raised a total of $5.8M in reported equity funding.
Cinch, the dynamic pricing network for local commerce, has raised an additional $3.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5M and there were eleven participants in this close. Cinch was founded by Jack Elaad, Marc Liebmann, and Maya Komerov in 2017 and has previously raised $1M in equity funding in 2017.
Blockdaemon, the blockchain deployment facilitator, has raised an additional $2.35M in funding led by Lerer Hippeau. Founded by Arunram Kalaiselvan and Konstantin Richter in 2017, Blockdaemon has raised a total of $6M in reported equity funding.
