CTRL-Labs is a leader in neuro-tech and is building an API for the brain. Founded by Patrick Kaifosh, Thomas Reardon, and Timonthy Machado, it has raised $28M in Series B funding led by GV and including Matrix Partners, Spark Capital, Lux Capital, Alexa Fund, Fuel Capital, and Breyer Capital. CTRL-Labs has now raised a total of $67M across three rounds.
Prescription drug delivery startup Zipdrug has raised $10.8M in additional funding from investors that include Lux Capital, Compound, Collaborative Fund, Runa Capital, Neu Venture Capital, BAM Ventures, Notation Capital, iSeed Ventures, Third Prime, Nat Turner, Geoff Judge, Joe Apprendi, Romain Afflelou, and Scott McComb Johnson. Founded by Kyro Beshay, Stu Libby, and Webster Ross in 2015, Zipdrug has now raised a total of $13.4M in reported equity funding over four rounds
SHOWFIELDS, the company that’s providing flexible retail space to brands, has raised $9M in Series A funding from investors that include Hanaco Ventures, SWaN & Legend Venture Partners, Rainfall Ventures, Communitas Capital, and Richard Gelfond (CEO of IMAX). SHOWFIELDS was founded by Amir Zwickel and Tal Zvi Nathanel in 2017.
Healthcare analytics platform Covera Health has raised $8.5M in Series A funding from investors that include Equity Group Investments and Sam Zell. Covera Health was founded by Ron Vianu and Raz Winiarsky in 2017.
Podcasting company WaitWhat has raised $4.3M in funding from investors that include Reid Hoffman, Cue Ball, Joi Ito, Burda Principal Investments, Human Ventures, Victress Capital, Able Partners, and Liminal Ventures. WaitWhat was founded by Deron Triff and June Cohen in 2017.
Solidus Lab, the platform for detecting fraud in blockchain asset-based trading, has raised $3M in Seed funding from investors that include Global Founders Capital, Hanaco Venture Capital, David Krell, and Norman Sorensen. Solidus Labs was founded by Asaf Meir and Praveen Kumar in 2017.
