Bizzabo, the event management platform, has raised $15M in Series B funding from Pilot Growth Equity. Founded by Alon Alroy, Boaz Katz, and Eran Ben-Shushan in 2011, the company has now raised a total of $29.5M over six rounds.
FANCHEST, the sports theme inspired gift box company founded in Brooklyn in 2015, has raised $4M in Seed funding from investors that include GoAhead Ventures, Drew Brees, Nicholas Horbaczewski, Connected VC, and Von Miller. This is the company’s first round.
SevenRooms, the guest hospitality platform, has raised $8M in Series A funding led by Comcast Ventures. Founded by Allison Page, Joel Montaniel, and Kinesh Patel, the company has now raised a total of $13.89M in funding over seven rounds. Regalii, the international payments platform that allows users to pay their relatives bills irrespective of location, has raised $7.9M in Series A funding from investors that include Kapor Capital, IGNIA, GP Ventures, and Tycoon Capital. This brings the total funding to $13.9M over three rounds for the startup founded by Edrizio De La Cruz, Inigo Rumayor Belausteguigoitia, and Juan Jose Maldonado Regalii in 2012.
Homeis, culture network for local, foreign-born communities, has raised $4M in Seed funding from investors that include Canaan Partners, Spark Capital, SamsungNEXT Ventures, The Chernin Group, Tim Armstrong, and Adam Singolda. The company was founded by Hanan Laschover and Ran Harnevo this year.
According to recent SEC filing, Park & Diamond, the Brooklyn-based makers of a yet to launch ultraportable cycling helmet has raised $750K in funding. The company was founded in 2015 and lists David Hall and Jordan Klein as executive directors.
According to a recent SEC filing Harry’s, the home delivery shaving startup, has raised $63.6M in funding. This brings the total funding raised to $350.7M over seven rounds for the startup founded by Andy Katz-Mayfield and Jeffrey Raider in 2011.
Clubhouse, the platform for software engineering to assist with development, has raised $10M in Series A funding led by Battery Ventures. Founded by Andrew Childs and Kurt Schrader in 2014, the company has now raised a total of $14M over three rounds.
CredSimple, the credential and data management platform for the healtchare industry, has raised an additional $6.55M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. This brings the total funding to $11.31 over four rounds for the company founded by Mike Simmons and Sam Meyer in 2013.
According to a recent SEC filing, Eight, the connected sleep company making smart mattresses and mattress covers, has raised an additional $10.45M in funding. This brings the total funding raised to $32.52M over six rounds for the company founded by Alexandra Zatarain, Andrea Ballarini, Massimo Andreasi Bassi, and Matteo Franceschetti in 2014. Squarespace, the website builder and content management system, has raised $200M from General Atlantic according to a recent Bloomberg report. This brings the total funding to $278.5M for the startup founded by Anthony Casalena in 2003.
According to a recent SEC filing, Blueprint Power, the technology-driven energy solution for buildings and real estate applications that was founded by Robyn Beavers earlier this year, has raised $500K in funding.
Hawthorne, the first personalized brand for all men’s bathroom needs, has $2.2M from Shana Fisher, Comcast Ventures, Founder Collective, and Shan-Lyn Ma. This is the company’s first round of funding.
The conversational AI platform, Kasisto, has raised $17M in Series B funding led by Oak HC/FT with participation from Propel Venture Partners, Mastercard, Two Sigma Ventures, Partnership Fund for New York City and Commerce Ventures. The company has raised $28M over 3 rounds of funding.
Splice, the company streamlining the process of creating and sharing music, has raised $35M in Series B funding led by DFJ Growth and True Ventures and joined by Union Square Ventures. The company has raised $47M over their 4 rounds of funding.
OneChronos, finding the mutually beneficial order matching opportunities missed by conventional trading paradigms, has raised an undisclosed amount in a round of Seed funding from Data Collective, DST Global, Amino Capital, Rising Tide and Bernard Dan for the company’s third round of funding.
