Memoir, a photo-sharing smartphone app, has raised a $5.5 million Series B round, led by Redpoint Ventures, with participation from earlier investors, including Founder Collective, Box Group, Lerer Hippeau Ventures and Thrive Capital.
Harry’s, the company that mails shaving cream, razors, and ‘German-engineered’ blades to customers to bring them “a great shave at a great price,” has raised a new round of “about $75 million” from an unknown group of investors. Earlier investors include Thrive Capital, Lakestar Capital, Box Group, SV Angel, Red Swan Ventures, Highland Capital Partners, and Tiger Global Management.
