Minded, an online psychiatry telehealth platform for women, has been acquired by UpLift, a NYC-based behavioral health platform that delivers in-network therapy and psychiatry. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. “Both Minded and UpLift have focused on improving outcomes for patients, and improving affordability by accepting insurance,” remarked David Ronick, CEO and Cofounder of Minded. “We are strong proponents of their model and are thrilled to join forces.”

Founded by Chris Dennis, Gaspard de Dreuzy, and Ronick in 2020, Minded had raised a total of $29.7M in reported equity funding.
