Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA), the longest running accelerator program in New York, is graduating its 16th cohort of 13 startups that each received $100K in investment and mentorship from a pool of 400+ experts for the four-month program. Led by Murat Aktihanoglu and Jonathan Axelrod, ERA companies have gone to raise in excess of $300M in funding and currently boast a $2B market cap collectively.
This class showcases startups that cover a range of functions from voice-enabled platforms for senior care to IoT solutions for workplace safety.

Apteo
Founded in 2017 by Shanif Dhanani (TapCommerce) and Manan Shah (Point72 and Centerbridge), Apteo is a developer of machine learning powered software for analysis of the financial markets. The company’s first product Milton is a stock watchlist that is powered by AI.
CareSwitch
Founded in 2018 by two former Quartet Health engineers Ilya Vakhutinsky and Mark Fayngersh, CareSwitch is a marketplace for employment opportunities for caregivers. The platform also helps home care agencies manage all aspects of HR functions associated with independent caregivers.
Maverick Retirement
Founded in 2017 by Jon Elling (Haven), Maverick Retirement is an online platform that allows self-employed individuals to set up Solo 401Ks to invest in alternative investment classes such as real estate, debt, crypto, private equity, precious metals, as well as traditional assets classes like stocks, bonds, and ETFs.
Cloudonix
Founded in 2015 by Eric Klein and Nir Simionovich in Israel, Cloudonix is an infrastructure technology platform that allows voice, data, video, and messaging services to easily be added to web applications, smart devices, and, websites at a fraction of the cost of existing solutions.
Cloudonix previously raised $500K in 2017 prior to its acceptance into the ERA program.
Confetti
Founded in 2014 by Lee Rubin, Confetti is a booking engine for corporate events. Through the platform, companies are able to select fun office and team building events such as murder mysteries, scavenger hunts, escape events, and happy hours from a list of vetted vendors. The startup has worked on events for companies like Google, Nike, Facebook, and Spotify.
The company came into the program known as WeKudo.
Pawlicy Advisor
Founded by Christopher Mawhinney and Travis Bloom (Rocketrip) in 2018, Pawlicy Advisor is a discovery engine for pet insurance. The platform provides breed-specific plan information and currently provides quotations from ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, Hartville Pet Insurance, and Petplan Pet Insurance.
Moon
Founded by Ken Kruger (SensorKit, Lockheed Martin) in 2018, Moon is a payment solution that allows consumers to pay for online purchases using Cryptocurrency. Moon’s extension integrates with your browser and during checkout, you are offered the option to pay with Moon/crytopcurrency. Currently, the solution works with Amazon with plans to add Domino’s, Etsy, eBay and Target in the near future
Soundmind
Founded in 2017 by Andy Kropa, Dave Rubin, Erum Azeez Khan, and Surinder Singh, Soundmind is a platform built for voice assistants like Alexa to manage all facets of care for seniors. Senior care facilities adopt the platform on-site and residents are able to access features like information on activities, menus, concierge services, and voice-activated calling, creating self-sufficiency and a connection to the digital world for seniors. Soundmind is already integrated into a number of senior care facilities including The New Jewish Home, Lott Residence, The 80th Street Residence, and Sterling Care.
Piecewise
Founded in Chicago in 2016 by Madeleine Barr and Reshad Monsur, Piecewise is a platform that uses machine learning to manage student loans. Borrowers are able to use the platform to seamlessly send spare change roundups, allocate a portion of their paycheck to pay down their loans, and explore about refinancing options. Lenders and universities are also able to use the platform to manage their student loan portfolios and exposure to default.
Iterate Labs
Founded in Cornell in 2016 by Apoorva Kiran and Jason Guss, Iterate Labs is the technology startup focused on using IoT to improve workplace safety. The company’s signature solution Delta 1 is a wearable glove that tracks and provides feedback on unhealthy hand and wrist motions. On the backend, the company has developed its own proprietary software platform that tracks, collects, and analyzes all data to provide key insights on potential hazards.
Prior to joining ERA, Iterate Labs received funding from Launch NY, the state-sponsored non-profit attempting to foster innovation in upstate New York.
Yogi
Founded in 2017 in Virginia by Chad Becker (Lockheed Martin) and Gautam Kanumuru (Microsoft), Yogi is a SaaS platform focused on customer success that allows companies to leverage AI and natural language processing to understand multi-channel customer feedback. With the use of the platform, companies are able to reduce the time it takes to affect change based on customer feedback.
Scopio
Founded in 2016 by Christina Hawatmeh, Manoj Pooleery, and Nour Chamoun, Scopio is a user-generated photography site that allows users to license and acquire the rights for photos directly from the photographers. Licensees are offered a massive catalog of images at a fraction of the cost of traditional stock photography sites and photography agencies. Scopio offers a subscription plan of $29 per month for unlimited use of all photos from its platform.

HoneyFlower
Founded in Washington DC in by Nic Bash in 2017, HoneyFlower is a healthy food startup that provides readymade pre-packaged plant-based meals available in a number of retail locations in the DC Metro area.
