Digital investment platform Stash has raised an additional $65M in Series E funding led by Breyer Capital. Founded by Brandon Krieg, David Ronick, and Edward Robinson in 2015, Stash has now raised a total of $181.3M in reported equity funding.

Educational content platform Newslea has raised an additional $50M in Series C funding from TCV. Founded by Dan Cogan-Drew and Matthew Gross in 2012, Newslea has now raised a total of $72.2M in reported equity funding.

Coding bootcamp Full Stack Academy has been acquired by higher education company Bridgepoint Education in a transaction that has a potential value of approximately $50M. The terms of the deal include $17.5M in cash along with 2.5M shares of Bridgepoint, which is currently trading at $6.74 as of this writing (an additional $16.85M).

Founded by Carlos Paniagua, Daniel Michaeli, and Justin DiPietro in 2012, Glia has now raised a total of $29M in reported equity funding.

The platform built to advise women in business, Fairygodboss, was founded by Georgene Huang and Romy Newman. Fairygodboss recently raised $10M in Series A Funding led by GSV AcceleratorTE and Signal Peak Ventures. It has now raised a total of $14M throughout three rounds.

Smart dog collar Fi has raised $7M in Series A funding from investors that include RRE Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, and Freestyle Capital. Founded by Jonathan Bensamoun and Loren Kirkby in 2017, Fi has now raised a total of $10M in reported equity funding.

Enterprise fintech platform T-REX, which is focused on project finance and structured credit markets, has raised an additional $5.37M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $10M and there were eleven participants in this close. Founded by Benjamin Cohen in 2012, T-REX had previously raised $9.5M in equity funding prior to this round from investors that include Safeguard Scientifics, Elemental Excelerator, Partnership Fund for New York City, Clean Pacific Ventures, Ecosystem Integrity Fund, and innogy Ventures.

According to a recent SEC filing, messaging platform Teckst has raised an additional $3.1M in funding. The filing indicates that there were seventeen participants in the round. Teckst was founded by Ji Young Choi and Matthew Tumbleson in 2014 and had previously raised $5M in reported equity funding.

Gencove, the startup that is making genome sequencing accessible and cost-efficient, has raised $3M in Series A funding from investors that include Version One Ventures, Third Kind Venture Capital, Alexandria Venture Investments, Spero Ventures, and Burst Capital. Gencove was founded by Joe Pickrell, Kaja Wasik, and Tomaz Berisa in 2015 and has now raised a total of $4M in reported equity funding.

Concert Finance, the enterprise platform for calculating and tracking sales metrics, commissions, and other sales data, has raised $2.4M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that there were fifteen participants in the round. Brooklyn-based Concert Finance was founded by Bryan Wilson, Kartik Agarwal, and Sanj Sanampudi in 2017 and is a graduate of the 2018 Techstars NYC summer accelerator program.

Sobriety community Tempest has raised an additional $1.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $2M and three parties participated in this close. Listed in the filing is Holly Whitaker as a Director and Executive and Jeff De Flavio has a Director. Tempest had previously raised $1.8M in January of 2018.

Fertility testing startup OOVA has raised $1M in Seed funding led by Special Situations Life Sciences Innovation Fund. OOVA was founded by Amy Divaraniya and Jerome Scelza in 2017 and was spun out from Mount Sinai.
