Our friends at Eniac Ventures announced their latest fund close at $100M.  This if the fourth fund for Eniac, which was founded in 2009 by Hadley Harris, Vic Singh, and, Nihal Mehta.

Vic.ai, the exponential accounting software, has raised an undisclosed amount in a Convertible Note round from undisclosed investors. This is the company’s first round.

Yext, the digital knowledge management company that allows you to control your web presence, went public.  The company is trading on the NYSE under the ticket YEXT.  Yext was founded in 2006 by Howard Lerman, Brent Metz, and Brian Distelburger.  Based on Friday’s close the market cap was $1.15B.

Simple Contacts, the company providing verified ophthalmology tests, has raised $8M in Series A funding led by Goodwater Capital with participation from Steven Cohen, Autonomous Ventures, Notation Capital and Justin Kan. The company has raised its third round in the last year.

Blink Health, the medical prescription search platform, has raised $90M in Series B funding from 8VC. Matthew Chaiken and Geoffrey Chaiken’s company has raised $165M to date.

 


4_10_NY_WIR.006GeoCV, the 3D technology company, has raised $1.8M in Seed funding led by Runa Capital with participation from Emery Capital. The company has raised $2.5M to date.

Spring Care, the AI health tech company, has raised $1.5M in Seed funding led by Kevin Ryan and The William K. Warren Foundation joined by Rough Draft Ventures, Saddlefire Ventures, North Sound Ventures and RRE Ventures. This is April Koh and Adam Chekroud’s first round of funding.

Narrative, the company aiding the data economy, has raised $2.25M in Angel funding from C2 Ventures, KiwiVenture Partners and XSeed Capital. This is the first round of for Founder Nick Jordan.

Fintech company, AlphaPoint, has raised a Venture round of funding from Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania. This is the fourth round of funding for the company.

GoTenna, the app that lets you communicate without service, has raised $7.5M in Series B funding from Union Square Ventures. Jorge and Daniela Perdomo have raised $16.8M over 3 rounds.

Luminar Technologies, the company producing sensor technology for the self driving cars sector, has raised $36M in Seed funding from ARCHina Capital Partners, 1517 Fund, GVA capital and Canvas Ventures. This is the first round for the company.

Artsy, the online art collection startup, has raised a Venture round of funding totaling $1.59M from Q2Q Capital. Over the company’s 7 rounds, they have raised $52.47M
